Last Easter weekend I was allowed to stay in Sabine's house for a few days with my family and in-laws. We were warmly welcomed and given a lot of information about the area and opportunities for hiking. On the terrace overlooking the mountains we were able to enjoy a few nice sunny days. From the house, Salzburg is easily accessible in 25 minutes. The house has four bedrooms with a double bed in each. In addition, there are also a number of sofa beds available. The bedrooms are spacious. Our personal experience is that the house is excellent for 8-10 adults, with 4 people sharing a room. The kitchen with space table is also the only shared stay in this house. The terrace in front of the house is spacious and has sun during the afternoon and evening. Sabine is a friendly hospitable host and is easily accessible to her guests. In short, we had a wonderful weekend there and definitely hope to come back again.

Stunning location and beautiful house and space. Car parking. Excellent hosts, especially as we had a flight delay. The views and mountainous countryside were vast. Easy access to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden areas. Ensure familiarity with garbage requirements and tourist tax payments. Be aware of access should heavy snow fall. Need a 4x4 car at least.
