If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

Come on deck, we'll set sail for an unforgettable overnight stay under the fruit blossom sky. A disused dinghy cruiser is stranded on our alpaca farm and offers space in two berths below deck to sail into the land of dreams. Above deck there is enough space to enjoy the mild evenings with a good book or to spin a little sailor's yarn. Kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available on our yard in the common area.

Enjoy a stylish experience in my centrally located *City Loft* The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2024, has a separate entrance and is located on the 1st floor. It is well equipped. A small attic creates a special ambiance. Within walking distance, you are in the city center (main market) in just 2 minutes. There are bakeries, butchers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
