Great condo with a perfect location!

This is a charming 1955 beach house down a private gravel road. It is the 2nd house from the beach. It feels very safe and peaceful. The walls are a thick stone and the floors are concrete making it cool and easy to clean. Fully stocked kitchen and everything you would need for the beach. Communication with Pat was easy and pleasant. He responds right away to any questions. Wonderful home and great host.

The unit was as described, and Jennifer was incredible in offering recommendations and timely responses. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the furnishings were clean and new. The unit is small for more than four people. We had 5 family members, and it felt tight when we were all together, but mostly we were out so it was not a problem. Our two kids (8/6) enjoyed the pools, and we all enjoyed the beach bar, Cocos. The facility is dated compared to other locations, but it worked for our young family. If it were just me and my husband, we'd probably choose a different area with more walkability and newer amenities. There were plenty of bike paths to get around. We rented bikes, which were helpful as there was not much walkability to food and beverage, as we did not want to drive everywhere. We would for sure come back with our family.

Awesome stay for a small family. Very clean cottage and felt fine letting young kiddos all around rugs and furniture. Absolutely beautiful and serene spot on Hilton head— very secluded and private to be away from the hotel scene but can get to beach pretty easy. Rent bikes to explore the island!

Sheena was responsive and this place is perfect for a family with small kids. The indoor pool is perfect for cooler weather. The walk to the beach was gorgeous with a great little restaurant right by the beach. There was a convenient storage garage for all of our beach supplies and they had some beach supplies available to borrow. The bed was so comfortable we slept so well each night! Sheena even allowed us to book an extra day at the last minute. Shelter Cove is a 3 min drive - groceries, restaurants, shopping - EVERYTHING! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was absolutely perfect for us. The location and privacy cannot be beat. The house was spotless with everything you could need. We loved having the golf cart available. If it’s available, book it.

Great place to stay for a beach trip!! The beach took us 5 minutes to walk to & it was amazing!!

Paul’s place was the perfect retreat for our family of five. I appreciated the privacy and 24/7 gated security. Paul’s place had everything we needed for our stay, and Paul communicated with me right along the way. The amenities at the spa were great, and I enjoyed reading and drinking my coffee on the balcony. We recommend!

Our stay was excellent! The space was exactly like the photos and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 with my two children having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful and the ability to easily walk down to the beach and pool were beyond convenient. (Cosmetic updates could be done however that’s my preference and it doesn’t take away from the stay or the beautiful view). The host was extremely responsive and very proactive with clear instructions for the entire process. It was a great stay for my entire family!

I had an amazing stay at Wilherme & Julie ’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect not too far from downtown Savannah and Pooler yet still peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was smooth, and all the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home.

Loved our time here. The location was a short walk to the beach. Rented bikes all week and had access to tons of bike paths. It was great to have the pool steps from the back door.

This condo is exactly as listed, quiet and relaxing. It is definitely our home away from home! Love coming here and enjoying everything the condo and Hilton Head Island have to offer. Dennis is a very responsive host and the condo is kept up and very clean, comfortable. Looking forward to our next visit already!!

We had a wonderful long weekend stay, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy Hiilton Head. The amenities were all within a short walk and the fishing was an even shorter walk. I can't wait to come back again.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.
