An Architects Studio- In a Secluded Forest

This incredible space has been the inspirational hub for designing the most creative projects in Humboldt during the past 18 years. Now it has been reborn as an immersive space to enjoy the redwoods. Every inch has been thoughtfully designed to allow our guests to feel the enveloping majestic nature of the surrounding forest. Upon arrival, a golf cart awaits for your journey through the woods, to the upper landing of the raised boardwalk crossing over a seasonal creek bringing you to The Studio.

Blue Lake Sanctuary

Surrounded by pastures, it's a short walk to the Mad River for swims and walks. The Mad River Brewery is less than a mile up the road. Excellent mountain biking is 1 mile away. In a 15 minute drive you can find the hip town of Arcata, surrounded by redwoods and hiking as well as a majestic coastline. Sundays 10 am to noon we host a family friendly ecstatic dance in the studio adjacent to the apartment. Expect music at that time. Come join us! Public Yoga classes are Tuesday & Saturday am.

Bigfoot River House

This sunny, clean oasis with mountain views is in a quiet neighborhood directly adjacent the forest. It's perfect for river-goers, Kayakers, boaters, fishermen, and sunseekers. Kimtu and Big Rock beaches are minutes away. The giant porch is perfect for grilling and out door dining, and the large, fenced in back yard is pet friendly. Take a walk through the maintained golf course neigborhood park with your dogs, cook in the full kitchen, work remotely, or dine in Willow Creek, moments away.

The Ranch Cottage w/Loft Alpacas/Chickens

Private studio on country road, near Victorian Ferndale, Redwoods, Beach, Eureka. Queen bed & charming decor; old-time farm theme.2/3 acre with friendly chickens and alpacas to hand feed. Full bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, small sleeping loft with extra twin futon, full size mattress, & fold out twin bed on main level sleeps 4 people. 2+ nights gets Napa wine, snacks, fresh ranch eggs. The little farm welcomes you. Deck BBQ, fire pit, swing seat, flowers, and shade trees all to yourself.

This spacious chalet opens up to a south-facing wall of glass with a panoramic view of the golf course and mountains. Spend your summer days in the pool or stargaze on the spacious deck. In the winter, get cozy by the fireplace and enjoy an occasional snowfall. The chalet is a short drive to popular river spots and local shops. Enjoy the serenity of cabin life with the modern comforts of home including a heated pool (May - October), Wifi, plush bedding, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Peach Orchard Cottage

Quaint cottage nestled in a fruit orchard, near the beautiful Trinity river. The cottage is set in a quiet pastoral setting that borders always green pastures. There is a seasonal garden lot by the House as well as an orchard where guests can pick fruit in season, surrounded by a view is of the breathtaking forested Trinity Mountains. Come enjoy the fresh air and clear stars! We are also cleaning the cabin using the CDC - Airbnb cleaning protocol to ensure the safety of our guests!

Welcome to The Wind and Tide where forest meets sea. Our newly remodeled home is situated on three acres of forested cliffside overlooking the Pacific, just north of the seaside village of Trinidad. Tranquility awaits as you take a dip in the hot tub and relax by the fire pit, soaking up the sounds of sea lions, the views of migrating whales, and sunsets and stargazing galore. Tide-pooling, agate hunting, and exploring Sue-Meg State Park is just a short drive down the road.

Cozy Redwood Coast Dome

Experience nature in comfort in a glamping dome with an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining. Please read all of the property description before booking. The property is in a redwood forest with a good size meadow for sunshine and flowers. It's a great base camp for exploring the beautiful beaches, Redwood forest and local cities of Trinidad and Arcata. Maximum 3 guests, or 4 guests if one or more guests are under 12.

This cozy Trinity River cabin property is situated on 2 acres that borders an impressive produce vegetable and fruit farm on its north side, and the wild scenic Trinity River on its east side. Perfect for guests who search for a simple quiet comfortable surrounding, with private easy access to the Trinity River, and the luxury of having a fresh produce stand a few steps away! The cabin is cozy country. Your dog or cat are welcome.

Redwood Grove Cottage

Charming, affordable house all to yourself set in a small redwood grove. Nearest neighbor 200ft away through forest. 15 min walk to Trinidad on a country lane. Queen bed in master, comfortable twin bunk beds in tiny second bedroom (adults ok in bunks if less than ~180lb). Bonus playroom/office. Well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Level 2 electric car charging outlet (NEMA 14-50). Well behaved pets ok.

West End Haven

A newly renovated space, West End Haven is less than 10 minutes away from HSU, Arcata and its best restaurants. Blue Lake is 5 miles down our country road which offers a wonderful array of things to do on a visit.
