Cottonwood is a fun town to stay in and allows you to visit Sedona, Jerome, and old Cottonwood. We enjoyed the home and all the amenities and selected it because it was pet friendly. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful stargazing, and bright, cheerful decorations and artwork. Charming!

Fantastic view overlooking the Verde Valley with the red rocks of Sedona in the distance! The house was clean, cozy, and quaint with everything we needed. Loved the gardens beside the house! It was cold when we were there so we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor sitting and eating areas. We took Ginger's advice and had lunch at nearby Clinkscale's (yummy!) and then walked around in some of the shops. We had a wonderful time! Ginger was very easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Park Place: Downtown Chalet in the Pines was just what we needed for a relaxing, stress free family weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the weather. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the snow exploring and building snowmen. She even made one of our dog. We all enjoyed the quietness and relaxing atmosphere, sitting by the fire place especially with a nice book. Loved the Coffee Bar and Aroma Therapy Diffuser with Lavender essential oil. The scent of Lavender added a little extra sense of relaxation to our stay. The home was a perfect walking distance to Downtown. We enjoyed daily walks with our dog and the fresh crisp mountain air. We loved hearing the birds chirping with joy as the sun rose. It definitely felt like home away from home. James and Dayna were friendly and responsive. They were available for any questions or concerns we had and extremely kind. We'll definitely be staying here again and sharing our experience with friends and family. Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Sometimes homes can be hit or miss. This was a home run! Very spacious, accurately described, comfortable, well stocked, easy instructions and more like landing a friend or family home. We had a great stay and our new favorite Prescott home away from home.

Corrie and cassey’s place was just as described. Very welcoming and beautiful space. Close to fantastic restaurants and down town area. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable and roomy. The front living room area was very spacious for our group of ladies. There was coffee available for the morning. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay there again sometime.

Great host, very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Terrific accommodation, clean and cozy, close to amenities and great hiking. Well stocked kitchen and nicely furnished, everything needed for a comfortable long term stay. Handy 2 car garage and nice patio seating area in the back yard. Quiet and scenic neighborhood.

Great place to stay - would recommend. Tahona was an excellent host and very responsive. House was wonderful and well equipped with thoughtful touches. Minor thing but the Internet cut out a couple of times while we were there. Tahona had shared a device which could be used on the go for Internet which generally worked well except for cutting out once or twice. Just to keep in mind if you plan to work from there.

This was the best place to have my birthday trip! Immediately upon entry I was enamored by the beauty of this home; inside and out. Perfect location right on top of a hill and beautiful skies at night if you hang out in the hot tub. Hands down the best ever. I will never forget the memories made here. Thank you to the hosts!!

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay in Cottonwood. It was an excellent location for seeing the area. Very peacefull at night and we loved lazing around the pool. Some minor maintenance issues that may need a look at but otherwise a fantastic stay and well worth booking.

An absolutely amazing house, we will definitely be planning a return visit!

We recently stayed in Jim and Lynne’s Casita for my son’s soccer tournament this past weekend. The Casita was so easy to find and I appreciated the private driveway. The home was immaculately clean, comfy, quiet, and a perfect fit for our family of three. After having such busy days it was nice having somewhere so cozy to come back to. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and we felt so safe. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Cute space walking distance from Old Town Cottonwood. The space is small, but very comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfy too.

We loved staying here, the space was perfect for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and it's very spacious. The bed was so comfy, we would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at this charming little home tucked away on a quiet street. It’s surrounded by nature, making it feel like a peaceful retreat. The small creek and water feature outside added a lovely, calming ambiance, and the skylight above the bed was a beautiful touch—perfect for stargazing at night or waking up to soft morning light. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful place! Super clean and kitchen had nice cooking pots/pans as well as utensils. Not ideal place for light sleepers. Is someone in one room rolls in bed or walks, the other in the extra bedroom feels the camper move.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Cherry Blossom Cottage ! Located in a lovely historic part of town , the cottage is nestled amongst shady pine trees and very private on all sides. The interior decor is charming and all rooms were bright and spacious. Every cook will enjoy the new but retro style appliances and vintage decor of the fully stocked kitchen. From the Keurig coffee selection , and lots of kitchen staples, bathroom soaps etc, plenty of towels, to the W/D with provided detergent , the Hosts have thought of everything to ensure the guests comfort . The hot tub was so soothing every evening and located in a quiet & private spot in the back yard. We highly recommend this home away from home and hope to return again soon.

Linda and Joes place was warm and cozy. Both my husband and I were so relaxed and felt so at home there. It was our first time getting a place like this instead of a hotel room and we were very happy with our decision! Linda and Joe were very friendly and helpful recommending fun places to see and cool restaurants to check out. What a beautiful view from the deck too. At night all of the lights down in the valley were so pretty. We will be visiting again!
