We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

This was a very comfortable place for our group of 5 to stay--nice sitting areas inside and out, a good dining area and well equipped kitchen. I'd recommend it.

The host Michelle was great in proactively reaching out with all the information we needed for our stay. The house was in a lovely location, right across from the Lake and all the wonderful nature trails. It is so clean and well equipped, they have thought about everything. I really can't fault a single thing. Amazing stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona, AZ. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. I truly appreciated their hospitality and communication. I’d definitely love to stay here again on a future trip!

We stayed at this home for 3 nights and felt right at home. The home is very comfortable, clean, and inviting. We stay at a lot of vacation rentals all over the world and this is one of the best. Owners were very nice and got back to us within minutes with answers to any questions we had. Highly recommended!

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. We wanted a peaceful place to hang out with our friends and our dogs, away from fireworks. The house was very easy to find and check in was also very easy. The property was advertised and was very clean. plenty of area to park. inside was very spacious. whole place was clean and very welcoming and free of clutter. The master bathroom has an amazing shower with two shower heads. was wonderful. 😍. The beds were very comfortable and there were pleanty of extra blankets if needed. The house rules were easy to find and understand. All the Amenities that are listed are there and easy to access. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. if we go back to Clarksdale, we would definitely check to see if Jamie's place was available.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and vrbo’s and this was the nicest place of all. Easy access and beautiful views. Very private for a condo. Just awesome! Wish we could have golfed. The course is beautiful. Would come back here for sure.

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable and roomy. The front living room area was very spacious for our group of ladies. There was coffee available for the morning. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay there again sometime.

We had a great stay here- the house is everything you could want and more. Stacy was an incredible host- very informative and responded quickly which I very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Sedona area!

Fantastic stay for the weekend, we did a small elopement ceremony here and it was perfect! The entire upstairs was our bridal suite and it was incredible. Kitchen is massive and has everything you need. Everything indoors was in perfect condition and outdoors was well cared for. Citronella candles were nice due to mosquitos in the evening. We had our dogs with us and the garden area is completely fenced in, then the rest of the property is about 70% fenced. Great distance and price to be 30 minutes from Sedona! Also have to try the frybread from the vendor down the road and visit Montezuma Castle and Well.

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Russell was wonderful to us, always responsive to our needs and questions. Directions were right on. The house had four comfortable beds and two great bathrooms, which were very clean. The patio was comfortable with enough seating. He has a Land Rover and does tours. We booked one and he took us everywhere we wanted to go and even a few places we didn't know about. I have done Pink Jeep tours in Sedona and Russell's trip was so much better. Less bumpy and entirely enclosed, plus you don't have to look over your shoulder the entire time to see the beautiful Red Rocks. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and table service. We were only there one night, but if I get the chance to visit Sedona again, I will not hesitate to stay at his airbnb again. Kudos to Russell!

House was easy to find and very clean. Area was quiet and helped our time there be relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely book again!

Jessica was a great host! She was super at responding to messages and made sure we were able to get into the place! Great location to heading into Sedona and much quieter area than Sedona which we enjoyed. Lots to do around Cottonwood, AZ. We enjoyed the old downtown area for eating and shopping. Close to Walmart for getting groceries. Very spacious and liked the layout of the place. She had plenty of supplies on hand and it was nice to have a washer and dryer handy. Easy instructions for coming and leaving. Thanks Jessica for opening up your home to us!! We will definitely stay again when we come back to the area!!!

Donna was awesome in letting us to make a last minute reservation and accommodating us for the entire visit. She also let us stop back by when we forgot something at her place. Great location!!!

We recently stayed in Jim and Lynne’s Casita for my son’s soccer tournament this past weekend. The Casita was so easy to find and I appreciated the private driveway. The home was immaculately clean, comfy, quiet, and a perfect fit for our family of three. After having such busy days it was nice having somewhere so cozy to come back to. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful and we felt so safe. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Nick’s place is a great cozy little cabin, it has everything you need, and if you’re traveling with a dog the yard is fully fenced. The road is a bit rough to get there so you probably don’t want to drive your low slung sports car there.

My daughter and I stayed at the Owls nest with my three grandchildren. and I was very pleased at the location, we had all we needed. The safe fenced back yard gave the children a fun place to play and get their snout after traveling by car for two days. Penny responded to our questions in a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place! Super clean and kitchen had nice cooking pots/pans as well as utensils. Not ideal place for light sleepers. Is someone in one room rolls in bed or walks, the other in the extra bedroom feels the camper move.

We wish we could have stayed longer at Edie's place . Her garden is absolutely beautiful , so relaxing , and incredibly quite . Just the sound of nature . Exactly what we needed . Also, Edie is such a genuinely nice person . And we loved her beautiful dog and cats . We definitely recommend Edie's place .

Our stay at Clara’s place was one of my best Airbnb experiences ever I can’t wait to go back! Also thank you for welcoming my dog
