Vacation rentals with beach access in Willamette River

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

Nice property right by the River. Comfortable stay and a good value. Beds were comfortable. The hosts set up a fire in the fire pit for us which was a nice bonus. They were also flexible on check out time.

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

We stay with Therese about twice a year and have done so for years. It is close to our adult granddaughter's apartment and is a great place for our family to hang out together for meals and movies and other family activities. We love the peaceful surroundings including many big, beautiful old trees and proximity to the river. And though we have been coming for years, we still discover new things. This trip two of the new things in the neighborhood include J&R Mexican Food on McLoughlin, which has very tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food, as well as discovering Stringfield Family Park only a few blocks away on SE Naef Rd. It is also along the Trolley Trail (another good things for fitness walkers to know about in the neighborhood. Stringfield is a lovely place to have a picnic or stroll along a creek whose residents include ducks and nutria, and if you have playground age kids, they will love the fun and creative play structures! We always love staying at Therese's!

Great location for a weekend on the coast. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, it felt like home. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus. Lona was also really helpful and responsive to our messages.

I had trouble with the front door lock opening for me when I arrived and they answered my call and fixed it right away. The place was very clean and cute and well worth the price. Very convenient beach access. the sunset in the evening was absolutely gorgeous. I watched it from the porch😌

Just as the picutres shared. This is a total 10/10 and the views from the house and the access to the beach were the highlights. I would definitely come again

This is the second time we've stayed in Chris's home. This unit is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking and comfortable bedding. We saw whales right in front of the unit. Once again, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will definitely be back again.

We felt like a million bucks! James was kind and responsive throughout the process and we have no complaints there! The stay itself was wonderful. Every morning we walked along the beach and got breakfast in town. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful getaway!

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

Fantastic location for a girls' trip- relaxing, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous back patio space and perfect amount of space. We'll for sure be back!

Really enjoyed this cute cabin. We felt comfortable and the view was amazing.

We had a great stay here, beach was a block away, and the cabin is nicely appointed and cozy. loved the vibe of it. Kitchen was really well stocked, everything was tidy and organized, nice washer/dryer, sauna and spa were really nice. Fireplace was wonderful and great room for reading and napping. Ashley was a really good host, very accommodating, responsive, and provided proactive communication and helpful information. Could use a deep cleaning of baseboards, harder to reach surfaces and blinds. Noticed some hair from other animals and layer of dust on things like upper shelves, under couches and on top of fridge. Didn't have a BBQ to use (though it's listed in the amenities). All other amenities and furniture was in great working condition No window covering on upper windows, so bring eye masks if you want to sleep in. Not a lot of privacy in the backyard, neighbor house overlooks hot tub and anyone walking by can easily look into backyard.

Our first time staying at Rockaway and it was amazing! The space was exactly as described; comfortable, peaceful and it truly felt like home. It was kid-friendly, which made a big difference for our family and we we felt completely at ease the entire time. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and tucked away in a quiet area. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy and responsive. This will be our goto every time we stay at Rockaway.

We had a fantastic stay at Leah’s condo. The location is top notch with a short walk to restaurants/shops and beach access. The ocean view is amazing! We really appreciated the additional steps Leah made to make her property so kid friendly as well. Traveling with a toddler is always an adventure and having a crib, child insert on the toilet, step stool, and toys at the condo was amazingly helpful! The lighting was really fun and we loved the twinkle lights. The elevator was also helpful for managing all of our luggage. We would love to make staying at Leah’s condo an annual trip!

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

We loved our time in the “escape” we felt right at home loved the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed that we had beach access from the room and that we were close to so many great shops and restaurants. We’ll most definitely be back again.

I stayed at this cozy beachfront apartment in Lincoln City for Mother’s Day and had such a beautiful, meaningful time. The location is absolutely perfect- right on the beach with stunning views. The apartment was warm, inviting, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well-stocked, which made meals super easy and enjoyable. Michelle, the host, was awesome, kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway. Would absolutely stay here again!

This rental is absolutely stunning and everything was as described or better.!! The location was convenient. The view was incredible! We watched an amazing sunset from the deck. The firepit was well equipped and convenient. Christy was outstanding with communication and offered assistant with any additional needs. Excellent hosts!!! Would highly recommend.

We love this gorgeous beachfront condo! The decor is absolutely beautiful and compliments the stunning view. Everything about this condo is calming and serene. All of the amenities make you feel at home. The only drawback I can mention is there is no Air Conditioning, only heat (AC is listed as an amenity in the description). We were lucky it was cool when we visited so we could open windows. Summer months would have made the condo too warm for us. Other than that, it was perfect! The location is ideal for visiting the Northern Oregon Coast. Not too far from Astoria, Cannon Beach, and Sand Lake where you can do some amazing 4 wheeling. We will definitely will return for another visit!
