We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job. Pet sitting service available upon request with a large fenced yard for them to play in.

Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting pets.
