Vacation rentals with beach access in Willamette River

The unit is awesome! So close to the ocean and, being the ground unit, super accessible. Really cute and homey on the inside. Hot tub was great! Connie was so nice and accommodating.

Randy’s place felt just like home. The backyard area to the river was well kept and a beautiful view. The bed was comfy and the living room was a great place to unwind. You do have to be able to Chromecast to the TV, but that was in the listing information. Randy has a great selection of books and we really enjoyed our stay!

A lovable little getaway spot with lots of places to work and enjoy the scenery. We really appreciate the furniture and desk space and lots of USB power ports all over the unit. A great place to be creative and write and work.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

We stay with Therese about twice a year and have done so for years. It is close to our adult granddaughter's apartment and is a great place for our family to hang out together for meals and movies and other family activities. We love the peaceful surroundings including many big, beautiful old trees and proximity to the river. And though we have been coming for years, we still discover new things. This trip two of the new things in the neighborhood include J&R Mexican Food on McLoughlin, which has very tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food, as well as discovering Stringfield Family Park only a few blocks away on SE Naef Rd. It is also along the Trolley Trail (another good things for fitness walkers to know about in the neighborhood. Stringfield is a lovely place to have a picnic or stroll along a creek whose residents include ducks and nutria, and if you have playground age kids, they will love the fun and creative play structures! We always love staying at Therese's!

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We loved our stay at nye beach, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towel, spices and cookware. Also had a booster seat for my 1 year old along with a couple toys and bowls for my dog. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, easy to find and access with electronic lock.

Simply wonderful home literally in the middle of the sand dunes on the beach. Fantastic beach home and super communications with the owners. Don’t miss the halibut fish and chips at Luna in Yachats or Seal Rock, plus outstanding restaurants in Newport and amazing beach hikes at Thor’s Well and Seal Rock. Simply a fabulous week!

Nice quaint cottage on the beach. It has great beach access, but a little steep for folks that have mobility challenges. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you should need to cook a meal. We loved the mud room area for the wet pup to dry off a bit before coming inside and the family area upstairs with beautiful views (especially at sunset). If I had any feedback for future updates would be the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was pretty weak, but yet the pressure in the sink is so strong your clothes get wet. Also the clawfoot tub is a nice touch for bath takers, but getting in and out of the tub for showers is a risky undertaking. There is really nothing to really grab onto other than the shower curtain and I was very concerned for my 69 y/o mother. All in all…this was a great stay and I would definitely return!

We had a relaxing stay looking across the dunes to the ocean. It was beautiful and the house is excellently maintained. In fact, everything seemed new, from the kitchen to an abundance of soft bath towels. Beach access over a dune is right outside or there is flatter access a few houses down. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking in. Heceta Beach is enough north of Florence to feel like a beach community but close enough to have relatively close driving access to several markets and restaurants. One of the best maintained short term rentals we’ve stayed in (and we have stayed in many).

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

Great location! It's just over the sand dune to the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The Salal house was comfortable and cozy whether it was raining or sunny, and you always get a mix on the Oregon coast. We truly enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the sunshine. Kim was quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. The location is very walkable- only a block to the beach, a few minutes to Sea Level Bakery, and a few minutes more to the Fresh Foods grocery store. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean from the living room and front porch. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace. Would definitely book again.

This home was in a wonderful location right by the beach. The house was updated and great for large families, children and pets. The amenities were updated and the beds were so comfortable. It had ample parking and was easy to find. The hosts were amazing and gave clear and simple directions and were always available for support. We definitely plan to come back again!

Everything was great, zero complaints. Comfortable place to sleep and rest after a long day of activities. Ocean view is a huge plus. We greatly enjoyed our weekend staying here and would come again.

An amazing stay with an amazing view! The view alone was worth it. Walking along the beach was magical. It’s a short walk to the beach and the store/ market in town as some great sandwiches, food, coffee etc. The space itself was spotless and perfect for a weekend trip. Book it! You won’t regret it.

We had such a great time can’t wait to come again. Everything had all the amenities of home we absolutely loved it.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

Our stay was incredible. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the ocean. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate. We never had any problems with communication and we will recommend this place to any of our friends.

The place was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay right on the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked really well. The host has a Keurig and pods to go with it. The kitchen has everything you need, and it has a really nice refrigerator/freezer.

We had such a great stay on our first trip to the Oregon Coast! The location was perfect for all we wanted to see, we had everything we needed for our toddler, and Lindsay was very communicative when we had a minor issue. Would definitely stay again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our time at Kimberly's place. The locations was fabulous, the rooms were clean, bright and happy and the ocean view was outstanding. We will look forward to coming again next year as we continue to try to find a glass float.
