Jay is a great host. He provided a clean, well equipped space that was exactly as described. He gave me a ton of local recommendations and was very responsive to all communications. He would check in regularly to see how things were going, and if I had an issue he made sure to resolve it the same day.

We had a great stay at Nina’s apartment, checking in was easy and everyone was friendly and very helpful, we had an issue with the flushing handle in the bathroom and an handyman came the very next morning to fix it. Great response all round. The area was perfect, quiet but close to Montana where you have all possible shops and restaurants. Great for walking about too. Will definitely consider coming back. I was here for a month, and had a wonderful experience at this apartment. Paul and his team were very responsive and quick to take care of the one issue I had . (Heater had a problem that was fixed within a few hours) The location is perfect, neighborhood is nice, the studio apartment is perfect size for one person. Bed is comfortable too. Only thing I would mention that wasn’t great is that the street parking is a toss up as to whether you get a great spot, or have to park several blocks away. But I highly recommend this listing, and the hosts, it was a great stay.

We could not have enjoyed our stay any more ! Jay’s unit was well-located in the heart of Santa Monica, within walking distance of interesting retail and flavorful restaurants. The unit is well-maintained, has just the right complement of lounging and work spaces and is well-outfitted well for all kinds of guests, from vacationing couples or a mobile worker needing a short-term residence in Santa Monica. The icing on the cake is that Jay is a responsive and helpful host, never more than a text or call away. 5 stars all around !!!
