Very clear instructions for finding and getting in the appartment. The area was very cozy and really beautiful to walk around in. The appartment had everything I needed and a lot of useful instructions. Would come here again when visiting Nottingham!

The studio was exactly like described , of course i think many who is planning to book an airbnb should speak with the host about their expectations as i did myself and i found as described. Is such a private place and well secured , including the lifts which you need a fob to access the studios up and thats such a good thing as you dont need to worry that unknown people might be get inside the building . Very quiet , clean and perfect with all brand new cooker , microwave and tools as well. Close to train station and just couple of minutes away from center, Lidl. Is a student accomodations which makes it more peacefull , as you dont get by night noises of drunk people etc as you will usually experience in hotels . Host very responsive and making sure everything is ok and smooth with ur staying, answering very quick with any question you might have. Overall great place to stay, peacefull and secured !

Lovely house that was in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk from the tram and a local supermarket. 15 minutes from the local pub. Would recommend

I came to Nottingham to visit a friend. The studio was perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures, the amenities listed were correct and the size was ideal for myself. It was exactly what I was looking for. The bed was extremely comfortable and the duvet was thick. The instructions provided by Fernando and Patricia were clear and concise. They also communicated well and answered any questions that I had. Also, as it was self check-in and check-out, this added to the flexible nature of my stay. I would definitely book again!
