Submerge yourself in the mountain ambiance of our cozy, nicely decorated first floor condo adjacent to woods and wetlands. We recently remodeled our condo including new furniture in the living room, new appliances and countertop in the kitchen, plus new vanity tops, bathtub, and showers in the bathrooms. We are in an ideal all-season location! Enjoy the fox and moose that frequently visit our backyard! UNFORTUNATELY, THE HOT TUBS IN OUR COMPLEX ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR REMODELING AT THIS TIME.

Our place is great for couples, families, and anyone excited for a mountain adventure. WELL BEHAVED, non-barking dogs are welcome. We have an original Dillon cabin, that was built in 1934 and moved to Dillon Proper in 1970. It has rustic features and has been updated. This is a great place to stay with your family and friends and in a central location of Summit County. It's also within walking distance of downtown Dillon's restaurants, pubs, parks, Amphitheater, Dillon marina and beautiful lake.

Last minute July Cancellation!

This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds.
