Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Wilder Kaiser

We spent a few days at Sofia's farm during the (Lower Saxony) Easter holidays and felt super comfortable. Sofia greeted us personally and showed us the beautiful apartment. We were able to get fresh eggs from the chickens running around the farmyard outdoors as well as very delicious apple juice from local orchards from the nearby area of Lenggries. The apartment is housed in an outbuilding on the property, so you can have a very private vacation but, if necessary and at your own request, you can also be involved in the farm life with its residents (Sofia's family with adult daughters and very friendly husband) and have nice contact with interesting conversations. We sat on the beautiful balcony every evening and enjoyed the fantastic view of the nearby Alps (it was already very warm in Bavaria during our stay before Easter). Thank you, Sofia, we will be happy to come back!

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The stay was really fantastic. The hosts were really very, very nice and accommodating. We were a little nervous about getting our car through the snow, and were kindly driven to the ski lift and picked up, which was really very nice. We would definitely recommend attaching snow chains in snow or parking 250 m in front of the snowy path and walking the rest, which is also possible without any problems (if you are not a trained snow driver like us). The place itself was charming and really very private, ideal for couples looking for some peace. The private sauna and the hot tub were the absolute highlight, but the structure and design of the chalet also appealed to us very much. We will be happy to come back.

The place is very nicely decorated, with a lot of love for detail. You feel completely comfortable and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. Arrival and departure worked without problems and also the contact with Cord was very friendly. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

We had a great time with two families on the cozy alpine pasture. The Wildkogel, Kitz and Zillertal ski resorts were easily accessible from there.

The cabin was comfortable and contained everything we needed. it's an ideal place to stay with children, conformable beds and well provisioned kitchen. The area is beautiful. The campsite has a lovely swimming pool, amazing playground, fantastic restaurants. We hope to be back again soon! A nice and large house in a fantastic place if you want to ski (and are not afraid of a red slope). Beautiful views. The house is cozy and homey, is also used by the residents themselves, so keep in mind stocked kitchen cabinets and personal belongings here and there. That is not disturbing, there is enough space to store your own belongings. The house was clean, the bedrooms spacious. The beds were made up on arrival and slept fine. The sauna is also nice after a day outside in the snow. For groceries or (fresh) bread, you have to drive 10 minutes and there is no Wi-Fi in the house. In any case, we had a wonderful few days

Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We spent three nights in this beautiful cabin and were completely delighted. The place was clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The location in the middle of the mountains was fantastic – perfect for enjoying nature and unwinding. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, they answered all questions quickly before we arrived. The cabin was lovingly furnished, and you noticed that every detail was taken care of here. We particularly liked the spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. We would recommend this place anytime and look forward to our next visit! Super nice and new accommodation, the location on the mountain and the views are fantastic. The place was extremely clean. There is even the possibility to wash laundry and play billiards in the playroom. All in all, a top place to stay. Birgit is extremely friendly, accommodating and gave us helpful tips for skiing! We would come back any time!

We’ve booked the place for skiing for a whole week. The place was cozy, clean and has all the amenities you would need for such a trip. A full featured kitchen and a nice and easy to use fire pit made our evenings very nice. The view is stunning. The host is communicative and friendly. Keep in mind that the place is uphill and you can only get there by car, no public transportation. The taxi from Aschau or Zell am Ziller is 35-40 EUR. You can also get down to the ski bus directly by skiing on a mild black slope. If you plan to leave the car at the venue, you can get back from the slopes (Hoch Zillertal) by skiing, getting off the piste halfway and walking about 100m. Once you do it, you’ll find it convenient. Overall, we had a very nice time.
