We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The garden was perfect — a great place to relax. The host was also very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend!

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Wonderful place to stay on outskirts of Leamington Spa and easy walking distance to town, amenities etc. Comfortable and well equipped home with welcoming vibe. Good size accommodation with lovely decorations. Bread, milk, butter, jam, coffee, tea etc much appreciated and other items in cupboards and freezer if we had needed them. Cooker, hob, microwave and toaster all work well and the wide range of utensils and cooking equipment helped us prepare meals. Quiet neighbourhood and beautiful shared landscaped grounds. Good communications from Host, with the option to check out later as no guests were arriving later that day. Would definitely recommend this property and if we are ever back in the area would definitely book again.

Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und jeder Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts übertraf die Erwartungen. Красиво, чисто, тихо, уютно, комфортно, среди природы. Много что еще можно добавить хорошего о жилье, о районе, о хозяине, нет слов. Обязательно бы остались с семьей еще, и вернулись снова. Главное нужна машина! Мы были без нее, зато пешком осмотрели округу, много фото на память. Есть остановка рядом, автобусы ходят редко. В доме белье чистое, и удобные кровати. Вся посуда есть чтобы готовить.

The place was so amazing, the bedrooms are big enough, the house was clean, all house appliances did work well nothing to complain about, the WiFi speed was great, one of the best airbnb accommodation so far, Tracey and her husband were so helpful and responsive, will definitely recommend it for others and we shall book it again.

An amazing property in a great location. The views were incredible! Check in was very easy, communication was great and even a mid trip amendment was no problem. The property was clean, well supplied and perfectly described. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! Possibly one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in - the photos don’t do it justice! Heather was a wonderful host, baking us fresh bread on arrival, including tea, coffee, milk etc. She couldn’t have been more helpful with flexible check in/check out and help with parking. It’s a beautiful property - I’d definitely stay here again if I was ever in Leamington Spa.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

We stayed at David’s for one night as we were competing at a local equestrian centre, it seemed a better choice that 3 separate rooms in an Hotel. It certainly was! The house was stylish, beautifully designed and had a huge garden and lots of space at the front to park. It was immaculate, I can’t recommend it enough. David was a brilliant host, responsive and friendly and seemed to genuinely want guests to enjoy their stay at Triumph House! If you happen to love motorbikes it’s a must stay!

This was a spacious home, with a well-fitted kitchen. We were surprised by Rumi's preference that we shouldn't consume alcohol on the premises, but we chose to honour and respect their request. Good location – we drove towards the city-centre but chose to park at De Montfort halls and enjoyed walking down New Walk into the centre. We enjoyed the Richard III exhibition, national space centre and Bradgate Park while we were in the area.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. But what really made the experience special was the host. Super friendly, always quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. From check-in to checkout, everything was smooth thanks to their clear communication. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times.
