The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

My partner and I stayed on a Saturday night. The apartment was clean, light, well-decorated and well equipped for basic cooking - brilliant hob and kitchen knives which work! The living area is smaller than it appears in the photos but having two bathrooms was wonderful. Beds were comfy and we could park right outside the bedroom window. Lighting options in the bedroom allowed for reading. There was a soft knocking noise intermittently in one bedroom, but switching off the boiler at night solves that problem if you're a light sleeper and the water was so hot, there was plenty left for showers and washing up in the morning! We had all the windows open because it was a warm night, yet there was no neighbourhood disturbance. I would not hesitate to stay again!

There was always space to park in front of the house. The weather was warm, so we were able to enjoy the beautiful garden full of flowers. Paul was always proactive and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We totally recommend staying at his place!

We had a short stay while I was visiting family in Rutland. This home was very spacious for a cottage and was very well equipped - especially the kitchen. The Fox pub was 5 minutes walk away, super-friendly and able to provide a meal for 5 at short notice. This was just an overnight stay for us but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here while working at the Curve Theatre. Rob was incredibly helpful and allowed us to have an earlier check in which was very helpful. the place was spacious, clean and well equipped would definitely stay again!
