Perfect stay for our family. Peaceful cottage that is perfectly located for a short drive to Seaton, Looe, Polperro or even Fowey. Everything was clean, plenty of space, everything was as is in the photos. There’s an en suite and a main bathroom. All the cooking equipment you needed. Towels were provided. Caroline’s directions to the house made it so easy to find despite its rural location. Check in/check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in the Shepard’s hut. It has everything you need for a lovely night away and everything you need if you want to cook while you’re there. The bed was lovely and comfortable. I’ve seen a few other reviews mention the green safety light but it’s very dim and once you close your eyes you are none the wiser. Gina was really helpful with local information too before we arrived which really benefitted our stay. The views are gorgeous as is the hut!

Absolutely fabulous place, super private but close to any amenities you may need nearby. The Copley Arms is great, along with the Trennick Farm shop! Great breakfast! Emma and Rich are so friendly.and welcoming! Great for doggos, so much space. There are other units on site but lovely layout so all are private and have great views. Perfect place for our mini moon and the little touches for the doggos were beautiful! We will be back for sure! Xx

An excellent place to stay with a lot of thought put into catering for young children. We especially loved the play area, the toys and games stored in the utility and the extra special touch of chocolate eggs that we were able to hide for an Easter egg hunt. At first I thought the bedrooms were on two levels. I was delighted to discover that both bedrooms were technically side by side, adjoined by only two steps. This put me at ease as we came to stay with two young children and wondered about sleeping arrangements. The grounds were beautiful and the place was spotless. Would definitely stay again.
