The place is really great, peaceful and maintained. The pool and the entire setting is nice. A nice cat also comes time to time for a visit😀 The host is really responsive and reply fast. I booked this for 10 days and then reduced it to 5 days as I wanted to go to north of Phuket. The host after consulting with airbnb done this and agreed for a partial refund. They are flexible and really guest friendly. I recommend this place totally for a vacation with family.. keep in mind that you need a car. They have tuk tuk to take you to the nearest beach upon payment. But car is needed.

This was such a great house in a great neighborhood I'd never stayed in before, but next time this is where I'll come! Big, clean, and very comfortable house with a huge amount of snacks and drinks (thank you!) that we really needed after getting in. It was easy to walk anywhere we needed and loved being in such a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Great house!We had a good holiday with our family. The environment is good. We rented a car to go there. The surrounding area is also very convenient. The check-in guide is very detailed. The introduction to the surrounding area is very comprehensive. The recommended restaurants are delicious. Every question was answered quickly.I would choose here if I come back to Phuket.Benoit and Julian really serve very well, creating a very cozy environment, feeling like a tour guide in addition to being an Airbnb host, and like a relative in Phuket, they can answer all questions, making us feel very at ease in Phuket ~ Thank you for meeting us🩷

Great peaceful place to stay with a vert friendly host, you can rent a bike as well for a very cheap price.

We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Absolutely the best! Booked a really last minute stay and within just a few hours, Ann personally welcomed us at the gate, showed us around in the complex and helped us check in! Ann really deserves the title of a Superhost: she is kind, responds really quick and truly tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. No standard messages and puts an effort in communication and the place itself! We immediately felt comfortable. The appartement is cozy, very clean, smells amazing and is very bright. No funny smells, even towels and sheets smell very good. Kitchen and cookingware are clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable chairs and couch and a decent size television so you can properly relax. The outdoor area with pool is very chill. Location is good: centrally located, very close to the big mall and a 7-eleven with All-cafe just 2 mins walk away. Would have stayed longer if possible and def would come back next time! 11/10 would recommend!

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darinee's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

I had a brilliant stay at this apartment. The place is really clean, tidy, and nicely decorated with an old town feel through the artwork, which makes it really cosy and welcoming. The building itself is amazing — there are two pools, one on the ground floor and a stunning infinity pool up on the roof. The rooftop’s not just a pool either — it’s got a full garden with lovely seating areas and an incredible view over all of Phuket, including the hills. The apartment’s very new and in a perfect spot — really close to Phuket Old Town and right next to Bangkok Phuket Hospital, literally a couple of minutes away. There’s loads of restaurant options downstairs too, plus a 7-Eleven and a Tops Daily nearby, so everything’s nice and easy. Art also sorted out a day trip for me to the Phi Phi and Similan Islands, which was absolutely brilliant — a proper luxury experience at a decent price. Had such a great day. Art was always quick to reply and really helpful throughout my stay.

The apartment is amazing! It's cozy, comfortable, and has everything I needed. I want to give a big thank you to Jane—she is a wonderful person who helped me with everything, even things not related to the apartment. The best host ever! :) All of this made my stay incredibly enjoyable.

Perfect place to stay. Very clean, easy communication, everything thought through (they've even had a small pharmacy bag there!) kitchen is perfect, view from the window very pleasant (i've finally started to visit fitness center and swim because the pull was to beatiful to not to go there and i've seen it from the window each day hehe :) Highly recommend!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

I loved my time here! I stayed for 4 weeks and will return! The pool is great, huge! The people in the building are very nice. The room is so spacious and private, even though it’s ground floor, you have peace. Bed was so comfy also which is rare. Lupthawit was very good at communicating and made nice recommendations :) you also cannot hear the rest of the building which is amazing, being on the ground floor. The area is a little out of the way, but for me it was perfect because I had a moped. The gym could have more equipment but made do! The apartment is as pictured and so clean. I paid an extra 600TBH for a clean and they were very nice and quick with it. WiFi is strong too which is good for an online worker. Overall the place was cosy, cute, clean and homey and I can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Lupthawit!

Highly recommend. Rawai is beautiful. Excellent restaurants. Our host was very responsive. The swimming pool was amazing. We loved getting the dragon boat to Coral Island and we were able to do that from in front of the accommodation. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. And it’s secure with a gate around the buildings and you can only gain entry with your swipe key. Which is great peace of mind. I know where I read reviews I look to see if someone says they’d book again. 100% would book this apartment again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
