But the real eye-catcher is the **lighted terrace by the private pool/tropical garden** – in the evening an enchanting place for a drink or swim. There are three bedrooms: (two en suite, one with bathroom around the corner, ideal for guests). The location is perfect: restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

We were a family of 4 and we're very comfortable. We only stayed for 3 days, and everything was fine. The location is great, it is in a secured area. A 7/11 is a few min of walking on the main road (outside the droparm berier). About 15 min to the beach and less than 10 min to a mall. veery nice clean place. Thank you

Great little room thats perfect for a base to explore Phuket. We stayed for 7 days and did some laptop work and it worked perfectly for us. Theres a desk and decent wifi. It is a bit of a far walk to the nearby amenties, but you can hire a motorbike from the hosts, or get a gran bike so it works out.

The host was very friendly and helped out with locations to adventure to.

Amazing place! Great views, clean and modern furniture. Apartment comes with a priceless roof terrace. A jacuzzi would be the cherry on the top. Only thing to mention is that the gym is not at the same location as shown in the pictures, instead the whole gym equipment was put into an old apartment.

Ida was more than a host, they were professional in communication and checkin service. The place was very clean and suitable for two people only. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay her again.

Great stay at Max's! Clean accommodation, quiet and very easy to access. Close to lots of activities, beaches, restaurants & bars. I recommend it!

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

We had a great stay at Steven’s place in Rawai for a weekend. Walking distance to great restaurants and views of the water. Perfect location and great deal on the room. Would recommend for a short or long stay in the area.

Great host, nice view and cool neighbours

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great place and hosting by Khun Natti and Mecha. Both are very helpful and responsive. Pleace was clean and spacious. Its great location if you want to spent quality time with family amd friends. Only 1 drawback as there is not many restaurants options around. And you should havr private vehicle to go around. But otheriwse it was fantastic experince and both Host amazingly nice and supportive ❤️

We are grateful to have such a great apartment with a magnificent sea view. We enjoyed the 5-day journey. All the hosts here are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay near Phuket festival

We spent 8 nights in the property and in the complex. We enjoyed the pool and the gym as well as the possibility to cook for ourselves. Unfortunately, in the apartment as well as in the residential complex itself, many things are very busy and broken, but still functional and absolutely usable.
