Spatial logic, both functional and fluid. No words could do justice and they will always fall short of capturing the kind hearted spirit these men carry. True generosity, given gracefully. What they offered went far beyond hospitality. It was honour. Nothing was ever asked for yet somehow everything was considered. No spotlight, no theatrics.. just pure intention from good men. In a world where most do the minimum, they showed what it means to move with heart. I will remember how it felt long after check out. With true respect and gratitude from a guest who left with a lasting impression. Je vous remercie du fond du cœur.

One of the best villas I’ve ever stayed gorgeous location and wonderful staff.

The house was an oasis on the island. We enjoyed spending time outside by the pool and inside on the couch. There were many amenities available such as, mosquito plugs, pool floats, thick towels, complimentary snacks, etc., throughout the house that made staying here very comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the rooms down quickly and the internet connection was strong. Paulina is the most amazing super host we’ve encountered of all our Airbnb stays. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable and responded immediately. We rented a car and appreciated the private covered parking spot. The house was relaxing and private but close driving distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family for two nights. Very clear communication with the host. They arranged transport from our hotel to the villa and from the villa to the airport. All on time. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful and plenty of space. We used grab to order food and managed to buy some beers from a local shop so we had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely stay again!

Great communication and a fabulous team that looks after us . Location is second to none and the Villa is breathtaking with a lot of space for our gang of 7 adults and 4 kids. Would recommend to anyone ! We will go back !

The host was excellent — very welcoming and responsive. He even arranged cleaning services just as I requested, which was a great touch. The villa itself was perfect: clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot. Just keep in mind that it’s about a 15-minute drive to Central Phuket Mall, so renting a car or using Grab for transportation is a good idea.

Great stay at Jasmine's, I had no doubt given the reviews and the overall rating of the listing but my stay was beyond my expectations. The house is extremely nice, well decorated, it feels like home. The staff is impeccable, very friendly, I was entitled to small touches that make the difference like fruit on arrival, fresh coconuts in the middle of the stay. Full recommendation for this host and listing!

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

This stay was truly unforgettable! The space was perfect for our group, accommodating everything we wanted to do—swimming, chilling, or enjoying meals. We will definitely be back! The decor was vibrant and full of personality, with colorful walls that made the place feel so lively. We also loved how lush and green everything was. The host was absolutely amazing, responding promptly to every message. Mam's cooking was wonderful. Her local specialties were some of the best meals we’ve ever had. This was a culinary highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!

It was one of the best stay for us till date through Airbnb. We friends, made a lifelong memory with them. Ric & his son Will are tremendous host & help once you reach the Villa. They will be there with all their help, right from suggesting local restaurants to massage parlour to coffee spots. Any minor issue, you just need to tell them & they are right there to fix it with top priority. Great great amenities, it will give you a feel of Home. A highly recommend place, would love to go back again just for the hospitality of Ric, Will & Henri.

We absolutely loved the house. Plenty of space. The villa is hugh. Every room had a unique design! Daily housekeeping services. We enjoyed both pools! Jacuzzi was amazing in the back room. Will definitely need a car or taxi to visit tours or attractions but it’s worth the drive. Plus drivers were cheap using Grab App. I will definitely return to the beautiful villa.

We had a great stay. House is huge and had more than enough space for our whole group of 9. Host was really responsive and accommodating and fixed an aircon issue without delay. Location is fantastic with restaurants only a few minutes walk from the house. The Kata Noi beach is a 5 minute drive away and has less tourists than Kata beach. Would definitely recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa in Phuket. The villa was beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the stay special was the host, Pawan. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was comfortable. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well, and Pawan personally went out of his way to get me medicine. That kind of kindness and genuine care is something you don’t come across often. I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Phuket, staying here with Pawan as your host will make your trip even more memorable.

Great place to stay, Amazing space and Pool.. Very safe and secure. A Sandwich machine added to the kitchen would have made this place A 11 out of 10.. For now a 10/10. Amazing Air bnb

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

We felt very comfortable with our children. Everything you need is within walking distance. You can drive to the old town in about 30 minutes, but this is possible in no time via Grab. The children loved the pool and for four people we had plenty of space. We keep the place in very good memory.
