Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Modern 2 bed flat on marina development!

This is a modern two bedroom flat located in the marina development of St. Peter's Basin. The marina has a bar/restaurant over looking the boats. The quayside is about 15 minutes walk along the riverbank. There are regular buses (every 15 minutes) which will take you to the quayside the on to the city centre. This is a great place to stay and was my 1st flat before our family grew out of it! Towels and bedding are provided.

A modern, well equipped, sumptuous and comfortable one bedroom apartment in the creative end of town. Maintained to a very high standard. Great location with views onto the river. An easy, 15 to 20 minute scenic walk into the city centre. The apartment has decent wifi and the dining table provides a nice calm working environment. There is a lift in the building.

The location is great, the local Spar is very well stocked and the pub is well worth the visit for food. The accommodation was fantastic, obvious that the owners take care of their guests, and touches such as the wine, milk and chocolates were appreciated (even though I am a white wine drinker - you'll know for next time) Would definitely recommend

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.

What a fabulous place to stay! Everyone you could possibly need in a gorgeous homely comfortable and welcoming place. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Very secluded in the hot tub and lovely garden furniture to relax and enjoy the sunshine. I will definitely return !

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The caravan is spotlessly clean, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our welcome basket and thought it was a lovely thoughtful touch. Paula was a great host - friendly, helpful and even dropped off new batteries for the TV remote. We really enjoyed our first visit to Northumberland and your caravan was a perfect base to explore from and a welcome retreat at the end of a busy day.

Our second stay at Ben & Amy's place. Clean and comfortable accommodation, great location for walking to Blyth and Whitley Bay on the coastal path. Great pubs serving food, chip shop and the co op, bus stops, all within a short walk from the annex. Quiet street with easy parking right outside. Lovely walks from the door, down the beck and beyond, we walked miles. Had a lovely time we would highly recommend Ben & Amy's place. 5*

A massive thank you to Christy and Colin for letting us stay at their beautiful caravan. The interior has a lovely homely feel with everthing you could possibly need. The master bedroom is a real highlight and is decorated superbly. The exterior has a balcony with a stunning view out into the sea - it's so peaceful to sit with a brew and watch the waves. We did not need to travel too far as the surrounding area has plenty to keep you occupied. I would recommend a visit to the Maritime Museum which is a very short walk away and cost only £7 for a family of 4 to visit. Just outside the museum there is a stunning beach and a park for the kids. We have been abroad to many places with our kids but they have already put this caravan as a highlight of our travels - it's such a hidden gem. And finally, the hosts Christy and Colin were so friendly and on hand to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back :)
