Three bedrooms and one bathroom with an enormous backyard. This home was thoughtfully restored by a local artist and is situated in the Little Forrest Hills area of Dallas. Front patio, fully updated kitchen, washer/dryer and self check in, are just a few of the features you will enjoy during your stay.

This sweet cottage is best suited for a single or couple wanting to relax and experience Dallas from a local perspective around White Rock Lake. So close to Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping and SMU. Right around the corner is a public recreation center with tennis and pickleball courts.
