We had a great stay in the guesthouse! Service is limited around the area so make sure your maps are downloaded. The main bedroom door doesn’t shut all of the way or lock so there’s no real privacy for either bed, so keep that in mind. It worked for a quick weekend trip for 2 friends!

This is idyllic location for a secluded and lovely get away. The luxurious with everything that amenities needed for a delicious sleeping environment and a base for exploring local places and restaurants. It is very convenient to Monticello, Charlottesville, and Shenandoah National Park and the surrounding verdant and gentle hiking trails. We loved discovering Croset and its cute and easy going restaurants. The pizzas is fantastic and welcoming, and there is an abundance of cute coffee shops. The low-key character of the town and the easy driving makes this a perfect place for a getaway and respite. We were grateful to be able to sit on the wood deck overlooking a lovely valley and just chill. Jamie is a friendly and thoughtful host and made the stay a perfect visit.

A narrow hallway features a modern wooden closet with sleek handles on one side. Natural light filters through a nearby window with blinds, illuminating the warm hardwood flooring that extends into the space.

Both Beth and her cottage were amazing! Beth was super responsive any time I had a question. The cottage was very clean and spacious. My husband and I enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was and how beautiful the drive was. Great location between crozet and Charlottesville! Will definitely be booking again if we’re back in the area!

The Peony Cottage was absolutely PERFECT for our visit to Charlottesville. We stayed with another couple to visit to the beautiful wineries. The location was ideal and made it easy to plan our itinerary to all of the places we wanted to visit. The interior was gorgeous with a mix of modern and historic Virginia accents. We met Austen the first day and he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We plan on visiting again next year and will 100% stay at the cottage again. Thanks for the hospitality Austen and Katie!

I only have good things to say about our stay. The property is really peaceful and pleasant. The place had great AC for sleeping and everything we needed. The host is very nice and friendly. I would definitely come back again!
