The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made the check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, soft sheets, and he provided a binder of local recommendations. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. My son enjoyed fishing off the deck. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. JJ and Kacy were great hosts and very responsive whenever I had a question about the place during our stay. It was very clean and cozy inside. Private parking was nice to have, too.

My husband and I traveled to this location with two other couples that were attending a wedding in the area. Maddy was an amazing host - well stocked kitchen and wonderful little extras in the kitchen and bath for our stay! The amenities were fabulous, and the view was amazing - from the soft and cozy blankets to the comfortable seats at the dining table for us to sit and enjoy playing games. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

My husband and I are incredibly thankful for Duc’s accommodations and his kindness during our stay. Duc was a great communicator and very proactive when we needed help with something. The home is peaceful, comfortable, and well- stocked with all you may need for a short or extended stay, especially for coffee drinkers! There is a park across the street which was perfect for our little one who loves swinging. There was a sidewalk through the town which made for pleasant, safe walks. Several sports bars/river-themed restaurants along the main road. We recommend 3rd Chute’s Horseshoe dish and Grafton Oyster Bar’s red beans and rice! Short drive to STL and other towns in IL which have Walmarts and Schnucks for any additional needs you may have. Will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in Grafton in the future!

Beautiful property and cute quaint house! It was so peaceful and we lived just sitting outside on the porch. Not far from the Mississippi. The stairs outside are flag stone and steps inside are definitely steep so make sure you are stable footed. Entry was super easy! Received check in and a ton of info prior to check in to make it a smooth transition. Thank you! We loved it !
