Enjoy our newly painted home with all new linens. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 twins. Living room with new large TV. Use wifi to stream all of your favorite shows. Dining room seats 6 and 3 at the bar. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy local favorites Backyard and covered patio- perfect for entertaining. Parts of the house contain Harding history. Walls and shelving are made from the original bleachers from the Ganus Athletic Center.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 and wish we could visit every weekend to unwind.

Teresa and Kevin were wonderful hosts, highly recommend to all guests! Their place was warm and inviting. We spent most of our stay sitting out back relaxing and looking at the lake. Even went fishing a few times and my daughter caught her very first fish ever in that lake, it will always be a memory we cherish! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there as we waited to close on our new home. This joke has everything you need from cooking supplies, to laundry, and even linens. We cannot say enough good things about this home and the hosts!

Debbie and Ken’s place was amazing! Holding true to the Airbnb’s roots- they greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was including the honey holes for fishing as well as generation/ water level safety and tornado shelter (we had a warning in the area! Was an adventure but luckily shelter not needed). Felt right at home to cook/ grill meals- has plentiful of kitchenware, dishes, spices, etc. Truly like staying at your favorite aunt/uncle’s home. The neighbors were super fun as well and invited us over for HH and snacks! The gardens were truly amazing- hosts are master gardeners and the property truly shines! Home was clean and had everything you can think of! Truly a gem in Heber Springs! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at The Joy House! The house was exactly as we expected it to be and even though we had a slight, completely unexpected hiccup with the AC, Justin was VERY proactive in getting it fixed! The house was spotless and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

If you need a place to stay while in Searcy, i highly recommend Kimberlys place! It was perfect in every way and would choose to stay here over and over again!
