Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large, spacious living room with a 65-inch TV, and big comfortable furniture for the family to lounge together. Full kitchen and dining table. Work desk. Outdoor seating areas in front of the house and in the back yard. Big, immaculate yards. Fenced in back yard. Short walk to a grocery store, gas station, bank, coffee, and restaurants. Only 3-mile drive to Harding University.

Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This beautiful new construction home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, 65 " TV and comfortable seating. The kitchen has new appliances, granite counter tops, island with two bar stools, farm sink, table with 6 chairs and is fully loaded with everything you need. The master is Huge with a 55 " TV, king bed, large closet and tile shower. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and 40 "TV. Covered back porch.

This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

We loved the varied sleep options. The four bedrooms/3 bathrooms were just what we needed for our three night stay. It was wonderful having multiple nightlights. The backyard has a fire pit which was perfect for s’mores. We enjoyed lunch on the screened-in porch at the back of the house. We decided we would go back if we were in the area again.

This place was fantastic. Alot of stairs, but there was a bedroom on the ground floor for Gram and Gramps. Perfect. It was a bit of a maze, but so artistically designed and very well made a equipped. It is a well built house and with the ourdoor sitting area , lights, dock and creativity and thoughtfulness that went into it, it stands out among all of the other surrounding houses. Beautifully crafted. I wish I lived there. We had the best time, caught lots of trout. My children fished the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of different types of pillows to choose from. My husband always takes his pillow, forgot it, ended up finding one that was perfect. The river is so peaceful in the morning and beautiful with the fog. Great showers. Thanks a bunch for a 5 star stay. And thanks Nina for accomodating us so well. We will stay with you again!
