Carol had the perfect spot for us as our daughter was visiting Harding University. It was easy to find and convenient to campus. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great place to stay if you are going to Searcy!

Truthfully one of the best ABBs we have ever stayed at. Incredible location downtown but still an easy walk to Harding. Pristine condition. Very well stocked kitchen. Also perfect for two families to share the unit as well. 10/10 all day!!!

Carol’s place is awesome! Plus, she’s super easy to communicate with. For example, she quickly responded yes to our request for a later checkout time. Highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting our daughter at Harding, and it was a great experience. Well stocked kitchen so we were able to cook an Easter dinner for her and a few friends, which was great fun!

Carols place was everything promised! Super cute and comfortable making me feel right at home. Walkable to the college too!
