Excellent, spacious, clean. Great place to stay for the area!

What a beautiful house! We’ve stayed at several Air BNBs in this area over the last few years - this one is absolutely one of the best! We will definitely be back! The house is easy to find, updated with nice finishes and very comfortable! One bed and bath (with tub) downstairs, and two more bedrooms and primary bath upstairs. Cute little deck off the kitchen was great for morning coffee, and it opened to a nice private backyard. The hosts were very responsive, proactive and helpful. It was a great weekend and we look forward to coming back soon!

Amazing host and always available to help/guide so our stay will be peaceful and happy. I had issue getting the TV login and I had to message Ben for getting his help as it was his account. Ben responded to my message early in the morning with in 8min I sent him message. It made my day to see my host being available when I needed something even if it was not an emergency type thing. Thank you Ben we will be back again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Biniyam’s place! The house was spotless and well-equipped, the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The bedrooms have chairs and tables, convenient for remote work while traveling with a big family. Binyam was a great communicator and provided helpful local tips. The house location was perfect for exploring Downtown Silver Spring and Washington DC and close to the metro station. Lots of great restaurants and groceries close by. The EV charger was a lifesaver! We were able to charge our Tesla overnight and didn't have to worry about finding a public charger. It was so convenient and made our trip much easier. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Errol’s place is spacious and cozy. A good choice if you want to visit D.C.

Very complete home for a home studio, everything clean and tidy. We liked it very much, I think we would come back if we were to visit nearby places. The surroundings are quiet, no noise and nice to walk our dog. Totally recommended.

My husband and I stayed at Mimi and Jamie's place for 5 days/5 nights. The house exceeded our expectations - everything was thoughtful, clean, and organized. We had traveled from California and were looking forward to a restful stay, and we were 100% happy that we chose this home. The furniture was well placed, and the rooms were attractively designed. The furnishings brought smiles, and the plants were a perfect addition. The house is beautiful, and waking up with greenery around us was so amazing. The kitchen ware and dinner ware were just right - there were wine glasses too! The sheets were clean, and the curtains were lovely. There was an ample supply of bathroom/body soaps, paper supplies and just about anything we might need. It was so quiet at night. The house was fresh smelling and stayed that way. We felt at home and felt safe. We loved every day we were there.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

was in town for warped tour and needed somewhere quiet and chill, and this delivered! terese was super helpful when we were trying to figure out how to use the metro to get to the festival, and the station was super close. the place was really clean and cozy and appreciate everything that was there. just the perfect little spot! definitely will come back if i need a place around dc.

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.
