Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares, squirrels, stoats and weasels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The Little Workshop

The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.
