Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Westminster

this space was great for our family of 5, especially the full size bunk beds for the kids. it’s an excellent location if you want to visit denver and boulder, 20-25 minutes to each depending on traffic. we’d sure stay again!

Went to Colorado for graduation with my entire family. Tonya’s home was very inviting and it felt like home. It had a lot of space and it accommodated all 10 of us. She was an amazing host and on communicating quickly. She also let us have extra family over for breakfast and dinner, that was amazing. Place was very clean. Kitchen was beautiful. Loved staying there and would stay again. Thank you Tonya!

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

This adorable house was perfect for our family traveling with a small dog! I only wish we would have found it sooner in all the times we have traveled to Boulder. Rachel is an amazing host who is very easy to communicate with and makes you feel like you are speaking to a friend.

The disco den was super funky and adorably decorated. it had everything we needed for our stay and more! Courtney was super proactive and made sure she sent clear instructions for getting into the house, and house care and where everything was located. I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the decor! Beds were super comfy, toys and games available for the kiddos and adults, the shuffleboard table is awesome, there was a pack n play for my littlest, and the range in the kitchen was a dream if y'all plan to cook while you stay :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The game room was such a great time killer for the kids. I appreciated touches like the touch start lamps and the wide variety of amenities in the kitchen. Additionally, when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the house, we were able to get in touch quickly and found an alternative way to get in. Quick and concise communication with your host is imperative these days and we appreciated that the most! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else traveling through the Denver area.

A Gem, and exactly as stated …. nestled in the pines of Boulder, CO and hosted by a delightful, responsive couple this rental has everything you need. We spent 9 days in May and though it was cold outside, you wouldn’t know it because there is a very private hot tub and a fire pit that kept us toasty and warm. The kitchen checks every box, is fully stocked, drawers and cabinets are labeled, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and warm with an extra heater, grounds are pristine, lighted, and landscaped. Most importantly, EVERYTHING in the house works! Change your “this is a possibility” to “this is the one”… Each and every day was perfect!

Very accommodating & thoughtful hosts who checked in on me to see if I needed anything on my month stay. Lots of great mexican restaurants in walking distance, close to several bus stops & a cute cat.

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Great little place to stay at! Fitting accommodations for our little family, and the boys “loved living underground.” One thing that was particularly helpful for us was the Alexa in the kitchen. Made for a great white noise sound machine overnight. Would stay again!

Christopher was an excellent host and gave great recommendations when needed! The place is extremely spacious and nice. The hot tub was relaxing after traveling for a few days. The bed is also extremely comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and cozy cabin. We were there for a graduation so only slight downside was driving back and forth to U of Colorado. That said, it was nice to be in the country and out of Boulder.

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

Awesome cabin in the woods! We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Beautiful views, comfy wood burning stove, and all of the amenities needed! We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again in the future.

We booked here at the last minute when our other place was canceled. My partner and I agreed this place was so much better! Beautiful little place that was perfect for our needs. Check-in was easy and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The views are amazing and the location was peaceful. Rex was friendly and responsive while still letting us enjoy our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dan’s home was beautiful! Peaceful and quiet area. Great place to relax at after a busy day. Recommend stopping here with the family for a nice getaway.

Where to begin! This was an absolutely wonderful stay and Yvonne was such a great host! I was reading some of the previous reviews listing “excessive rules,” but can absolutely assure you that is not true. The rules in the house match what is listed in her description if you take the time to read it and are important for the safety and preservation of the area since this isn’t located in the city. If anything, I found her notes in the house very helpful! It’s easy to forget things when you’re on vacation and I found them to be helpful and by no means overwhelming. She couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating for our pups and went out of her way to make this trip a great experience. It’s close to so many fun things to do as well. Stayed for a second time in Mark and Maritza’s idyllic cabin. This time we brought our son and daughter and really had a lovely time. The kids really loved the hot tub, axe throwing and hammocks. We had just the right amount of space for the 4 of us. We cooked all our meals at the cabin. It rained a lot while we were there, but we stayed cozy with the hot tub, wood burning stove and heated flooring. The coffee maker wasn’t working the morning of our arrival, but Mark responded right away and so kindly purchased a new one for us right away so we wouldn’t be without our morning cup. Thank you Mark! The kids have already asked if we can come back next year! We highly recommend this spot for a peaceful mountain retreat, yet hope it never books up too much for us to get another chance to stay.

The Bird House was a beautiful property- serene and restorative. The views were stunning, and the home itself was cozy and inviting. It rained/misted/hailed for nearly our entire stay, so we weren't able to explore the area as much as we had hoped, but the fireplace and hot cocoa were perfect. We played several of the games provided, and even watched a movie while the weather was at its worst; however the covered porch with firepit and Hottub were still inviting. Parking was tricky in our F150, but we managed. One more thing, if you're not used to the altitude, be sure to pack something to help with that. My daughter struggled on the first day/night, and we had to drive into town for some medicine. Overall, a wonderful accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone! Be sure to check out Maxwell falls, if you can.
