Although it was only for one night, it's actually better than staying in a hotel; it's cleaner and has more privacy. I recommend it.

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Derek’s place was the perfect spot to stay in Indianapolis! You can tell everything was well thought out to make the stay very comfortable. Derek was very proactive about telling us what was going on in the neighborhood so we wouldn’t have trouble parking. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, bright, and just the right size for a quick weekend getaway in Indy. We spent most of our time out of the apartment visiting our daughter, so we barely missed not having a TV. Everything was spotless, the check-in was smooth, and the location made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend!

The space was beautiful with the natural light from all the windows and plants made it feel warm and welcoming. This is an older apartment building but is very clean, updated, and well kept. There is a lovely covered siting porch out front and the remodeled bathroom is gorgeous! The space checks all the boxes for comfort, functionality, and location. The host was very friendly and responsive.

The location and view were great! Also having the parking garage was awesome for that location

Austin did a great job communicating with me and my group throughout the stay. The location of the place being quite close to the Grand Sports Complex is also fantastic for traveling teams.

Location was perfect for us and other visitors as we were there to attend the 500. Easy access to our normal route to the track. Loved being able to grill out, a common Saturday event for these weekends. Thanks goes out to our host, Cara as everything was solid.

Such a cute house with a beautiful rooftop deck that is the perfect place to relax. The home was spotless and had everything I needed to enjoy an evening.

Home was in excellent condition when we checked in as it was the same time one year earlier. The kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for cooking, conversation and dining. Appliance and cookware was in excellent condition. Bedrooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Cleanliness was five stars on all three floors! Would definitely stay again!

Home was nicely done and clean we enjoyed the back deck seating neighborhood is very quiet. Watching the baby bunnies in the back yard was a delight definitely recommend

This was just what I was looking for: a nice, quiet place to get away for the weekend. Hot tub was nice (and HOT!, had to turn the temp down) and for being in the middle of a neighborhood, felt like a secluded spot. There were some great spots to eat close by. This was a great place for a relaxing weekend.

Wonderful stay! Great area with many options for dining and shopping. The house itself was clean, nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, and included nice touches such as the popcorn and treats in the basement. Large backyard where we played bags and enjoyed the hot tub. Lastly, our request for flexible checkout was accommodated and much appreciated. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lots of space and a very open floor plan on the main level for wonderful family time. The dining room was big enough for 12 of us to share meals together. The main level has a half bath and the upstairs has a nice full bath for three bedrooms to share and then there is also a full bath in the Master Bedroom. The full bath in the Master Bedroom does not have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom area (and clear glass shower walls). Nice quiet neighborhood and an amazing nicely manicured park with lots of play structures for the kids just one block away - used this a ton during the weekend. Having access to the garage was so helpful so that we could use the space for storage of our yard games, strollers, coolers, etc. (helped us keep the clutter out of the house).

Great place, really close to Gainbridge Arena.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

It's in a nice gated community! Private lake that flows into the white river, very beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely stay again for another wknd, also broad ripple has very good restaurants and walking parks, only a couple miles away from the condo. Only one small issue when we first arrived our trash can was full and didn't get emptied until our last day we were there.

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
