Skipper’s retreat is a newly refurbished modern family chalet, situated on the quiet Medmerry holiday park. This chalet has two bedrooms. The master is generously sized with ample wardrobe space and a tv. The twin is smaller but cleverly laid out and perfect for children. For larger groups there is a day bed in the lounge. This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and village convenience shop a similar distance, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. Garage also an option for watersports equipment storage eg kitesurfing, canoeing and surfing. Close to East Witterings village.
