Thank you Alexis (and Terry) for a fabulous stay! We really enjoyed spending some quality time in the annex alongside some time at places nearby. Such a beautiful annex with everything you need, from towels, bed linen, coffee/tea, pasta, brioche, butter, milk - all sorts! You can even buy their own homemade produce! A very special touch to receive a gift as this was for our Mini-moon! 💕 Our first printed photo in a frame, a box of chocolates, small bottle of sparkling rosé, some balloons, and even a welcome sign. Friendly hosts, brilliant communication, and a fabulous taste in music (Pavarotti) - I hope the men enjoyed their time in Germany. We hope to be back to celebrate on of our many anniversaries to come! Love Emma & Nathen xx

Sara is a fantastic host. We are staying again and I would recommend Sara and her accommodations to anyone looking for a friendly, clean and well kept place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for.

Laura’s place is close to the historical and shopping area of Chichester and within easy walking distance!! We appreciated Laura’s flexibility as our schedule was uncertain. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My friend and I stayed for 5 nights, it’s very local and easy to get to the harbor. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back soon!

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

I brought my kids for their first visit to the Isle of Wight and Kevin's Chalet was the perfect base camp. The photo's don't do it justice as it is such a great little place to stay, very clean with everything you'll need, including to my delight tea, coffee, sugar and even some fresh milk in the fridge. The double bed on the bottom bunk was also an added bonus. Kevin's communication with us was great and he gave us very easy to follow directions to the chalet. We even met him on the morning of check out and he's a really nice guy. We will definitely stay here again, 10 out of 10 from me and more importantly from the kids to.

Great location in the old town with easy walking access to Portsmouth and Southsea. Our host was great at communicating in advance and checking in by messages on arrival. I can confirm the parking space is accessible - but it takes patience getting into it - much easier when you leave though!

The apartment was very conveniently located from the fast jet and had everything you could need. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Would highly recommend.

Monika was a brilliant host, the house was as described and very clean and well appointed. Excellent location for public transport and many excellent eateries to choose from. We stayed for two weeks and felt very at home.

Absolutely loved this place! Karol's apartment was cosy, bright, and spacious, and spotlessly clean – a truly comfortable stay. The incredibly convenient location, right by the station and a large Tesco, made everything easy. It was a wonderful base for exploring Portsmouth. Highly recommend Karol as a host and this very nice apartment!

Lovely well maintained apartment with timely and useful contact from the host. Wouldn't hesitate to stop there again as the apartment offered everything we needed for our short stay in Southsea, Portsmouth.

We had a lovely stay at Andy’s place. Andy was helpful and communicative. The place was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Pamela was a delight to deal with from the moment we made the reservation! We had to make an adjustment to our original booking because of changes to our flight and this was no issue. Pamela met and greeted us at the property with her grand-daughter! Fresh bread, eggs, milk, butter and even a bottle of Prosecco was left in the fridge! Everything we could have needed and more! The accommodation was everything and more than we expected. We never put the TV on once or closed the curtains! The views were just magnificent and mesmerising! My husband couldn't stop looking out at the ever changing sea view! The photos don't do this place justice! Thank you Pamela for making our stay and trip back to the UK so memorable! In the heart of everything, we never moved the car for the entire duration and walked everywhere! Close to Gunwharf Quays, The Hard, Southsea!

Nice little flat to spend the night. Unfortunately we struggled to find parking but that was due to us as we later found plenty. Comfy bed and everything you need. Thanks :)

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay here while working at a nearby theatre production. The location was ideal – just a short distance from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for late finishes and early starts. The property itself was clean, cosy, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was peaceful and well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home. My dog was also brilliantly catered for, which made the stay even more stress-free – it’s not always easy to find dog-friendly places that go the extra mile, but this one really did. The host was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling for work with a four-legged companion.

My son and I had a comfortable stay at Charlotte's flat. I probably forgot to tell her that we needed 2 beds but she was able to rectify it for our second night, so that was great! Thank you. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking - just bring kithen roll if you need one - and all were in working order. Having laundry and dryer was handy for us too. There are many restaurants in walking distance, which was very convenient. We hope to come back next year!
