Vacation rentals with lake access in West Tisbury

Wow! Wow! Wow! Congratulations on the beautiful renovation. This was our second stay at this gorgeous home and, while we knew that they were doing some additional work in the off-season, we were not prepared for all of the incredible improvements that were made. This place leaves nothing to be desired. Beds are comfy with lovely linens, lots of room for everyone to spread out (important to us with both teenagers and littles) and lots of toys to use on the pond with a great eye for safety. We have family at Jenkins Pond and make this trip every year. As long as this house is available, we will look no further for a place to stay. Dar is a gracious host, extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. He clearly put a lot of love and thought into this home and we were very grateful to be guests. It was the best home base for a fun week with family and we once again head home with wonderful memories.

We loved Joe's place. The house is located in a clean, quiet and spacious community within reasonable drives to areas of Cape Cod that matter. Both Joe and Steven are amazing hosts. They treat you like friends, always willing to offer local advice. We had an issue that required Joe to come over to take a look and he was over in minutes. We definitely consider coming back next year.

The house was as advertised. In a nice quiet area. The house was well set up and as advertised. We felt right at home for the weekend.

Wonderful house with gorgeous views of Oyster Pond from every window. Sitting on the deck high in the trees was especially nice for our older relative who loved seeing the swans swim by. The spotlessly clean house was beautifully decorated and furnished while the kitchen provided all necessary pans and utensils. The canoe was easy to get in and out of. Would love to return next year.

Susan and Gerry's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, modern, well equipped and is in a beautiful setting. Their home is in a central place that allows you to access all the sites that the Cape has to offer. It is to get to the quaint town of Sandwich or access the wonderful beaches of the National Seashore. They provide a beach pass that allows free access to some of these beaches. Their home is a quiet setting with access to walking trails and a local pond with beach access. This is our second year at their home and we are looking forward to spending time next year. Quickly sign up for this place if you can!

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Jennifer was an awesome host! Very kind, friendly, and responsive. Her property is beautiful and well cared for. The views of the pond from some of the windows are gorgeous! Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

Had a great stay with my boyfriend for my birthday and our anniversary. Super close to Main Street where there’s lots to do and close to Woodshole to catch the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard! Jefferson was very detailed and responsive making us feel right at home even before we checked in. Great cozy spot perfect for our trip would definitely stay again!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Loved staying here for long weekend with my dog. Accomodations were clean, quiet, comfortable. Tina was very helpful and friendly. Location was peaceful yet close to many restaurants, walking trails, the beach. We would love to stay again!

Such a cute cottage! Very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area - we were there to enjoy some biking and there are some great trails nearby. There is quite a bit of road noise (trucks, sirens) from the nearby highway - this was not noticeable inside the cottage but while we were on the deck. But it's still very nice to sit outside - we saw geese, swans, osprey, and gulls. A very pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Excellent stay. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We rested well and were able to relax. We appreciated having laundry on site since we were on a 10-day trip. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. But that is a minor detail when you can watch the sunset over the peaceful water. Lisa communicated well and responded quickly. The house is easy to get to and stores are easy to travel to. Excellent location.

As soon as I walked into Carol’s place, I felt right at home. In fact, I was sad I couldn’t stay longer. Dennis is a great centrally located area on the Cape (next to many great restaurants and a supermarket). The cottage itself is in a quiet neighborhood right in front of Flax Pond (great for kayaking). It was well stocked with amenities and things to do I could just spend all day there. Carol was friendly and responsive. I would book at the Compass Rose Cottage again!

Me and my friends decided to spend 2 days at Ann’s beautiful airbnb & we are heading back to Boston with the most beautiful memories. Ann is a friendly & trustworthy host. The house was exactly as shown in pictures & had all the amenities we needed. Situated on a beautiful lake & close to grocery stores, restaurants & other scenic places. We will be sure to visit again in the future. Thank you Ann , I hope we can visit again soon

Don and Jennifer were wonderful hosts! My friends and I wanted a cozy and quiet weekend at Cape Cod and their cabin was lovely and charming! Don was very responsive and was very quick to answer any questions we had, along with providing us with suggestions for activities during our trip! They made us feel very welcome and we would definitely love to come back to the cabin if my friends and I return to Cale Cod!

One of my most treasured vacations was here on the Cape with my 86 year old Grandma, mama, and twin sister—staying at Andrew’s place made this a 12/10 experience. We all adored the space, it was clean, well decorated/furnished, filled with such charm and a cozy space to enjoy! I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends looking for a charming, secluded, and enjoyable stay :) Thank you Andrew! I will be definitely making my way back here with my husband.
