Vacation rentals in West Spanish Peak

My week long stay at Randy’s was my favorite airbnb experience in about 5 years. The location was literally perfect for being close to downtown and Main Street. The home was super cute with plenty of space to spread out. I loved the soaking tub and cozy front room. If you enjoy the mountains of Colorado and all the 420 fun, don’t miss this place! Randy was super friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

Jorge was very responsive and accommodating. He thought of everything! The info on the website as far as instructions, finding the location, things to do in the area, how to set up, where to find items, etc was very thorough. The guidebook stored at the property was extremely helpful and thorough. The scenery and view from the tree house was incredible! It was peaceful, private and very restful. We highly recommend this in every way. The treehouse is very solid and even though it was very windy when we were there, it felt totally secure.

So comfortable. It had everything needed and more. Best B&B we have ever stayed at. So peaceful and homey. Loved it. It was a beautiful home.

We only have great things to say about our stay. The house was beautiful, the area was quiet and private. No issues with check-in, and there were clear instructions both through chat and in the binder left at the house. We would definitely stay here again!

The view of the Mountains are breath taking. When you really want to get away from everything, this is the place to go. The host was very nice. Their place was amazing. I would love to come back and stay again. I love how they have everything labeled. Like where, all the utensils are etc. I loved that they greet you, when you arrive. I love that they ask for your ETA. So they can meet you at the gate. I love how they gave you instructions on how to get to their cozy cabin. It truly was an amazing place. I loved not having phone service or television. It gave me and my family actual time together to communicate and actually do fun activities. I 100 recommend this place if you really want peace of mind and to get away from everything.

One of our favorite Airbnbs we've stayed at! It's very clean and super thoughtfully decorated/furnished. It's charming, quiet and centrally located, so it's quick to walk to anywhere in downtown Trinidad. Check-in was easy and Cedar St has lots of parking available at all times. The hosts gave excellent check-in instructions and were very responsive. We'd love to stay here again!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. The house itself is situated with a fantastic view out the front across the plain and the back face the local mountain range making for an idyllic spot. The house itself is very new and nicely appointed. The kitchen was very well appointed while the living and were comfortable and tastefully decorated. All this and close to the great sand dunes park makes it a place we hope to return to again.

Can't say enough about how great the place was for us and our dogs. It was quiet, private, and the hosts provided so much. I was beyond impressed. There was nothing we were in need of as far as amenities go. The responsiveness of the host was amazing as well. We were slightly unprepared for the Sand Dunes this time, but we would definitely stay again to give it another go!

Kristi and her place was amazing! It was perfect, the condo’s lay out was perfect for our family. Had everything we need. The area is beautiful! Highly recommend and we will be back.
