Hotel vacation rentals in West Sikkim

Stayed at the golden orchid for 4 days. it's easy to find and Aparna was kind enough to send a help to carry our luggage from the drop point to the property. The rooms are exactly as they are mentioned. Was a little disappointed as the restaurant was under renovation. The in room dining service was fabulous. The food was very good.Lemon Chicken with Laccha Paratha and chicken garlic noodles were outstanding. the wifi was good enough. would recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Darjeeling.

Very cozy place with the nicest staff! The food is great, there is plenty of tea around and the coffee is also refreshingly well! The room was good what it is needed for and to wake up with the first sunlight hopping over the mountains is a pleasure all by itself!

If you want a comfortable stay near the Darjeeling Mall, This is your place. They serve amazing food at their cafe.

The place is very nice with beautiful view. We thought it would be a very cold place but apparently not. Our 9 months old boy enjoyed the place a lot, seeing greens and having fresh air on morning walk, swam in the river with cool water, etc. The host, Anuj and Deepika (Pabitra's family), were very helpful and responsive to our concerns and their daughter was very fun when play with our baby, felt like family.

Its a resort with ample parking space. No space crunch to park a big car, while lot of other resorts in the vicinity lacks parking. As it is a resort, no kitchen is available in the resort room. Breakfast is complementary, which was moderately good, for an Indian tourist. Food served (ala carte) in restaurant is moderate for an Indian tourist. Staff are very co-operative and accommodative. All together, our stay was very pleasant with moderate rains.

Rinki is an amazing host! Always responsive and goes extra miles to help you out in any situation. The property was really nice and clean, a solid 8.7/10! The peace at the property and the view was mesmerising

I would like to mention Mr. Gyatso, the owner of the property, is a gentleman. He helped me throughout my stay and made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The food was good, but can be great (I know the property is pretty new, and it takes time to get everything in order). He even took the hassle and got me Tongba (millet fermented beverage) as I wanted to try that. Also got us desi cow milk from the local market which we wanted to have. Also enjoyed a lot with the cute furballs Zara, Blue, Casper (their dogs) Overall, he is a true gentleman who goes above and beyond to help everyone.
