Fall asleep on a deck lounger to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves reaching the shore. Sleeps 4 with a King bedroom and a second Queen bedroom. A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information. Pets are also not allowed without prior consent and documentation to arrival.

AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and Debra's place will always stand among the best. An easy, charming walk to the beach is a highlight, for sure, but the house itself is larger than we expected. The owners retreat at the back of the house is quietly set back from the front of the house and the other two bedrooms, allowing for privacy for parents and teens, and we had ample tables and chairs to do our work, our reading, and our planning for day trips. Easy drive to/from the airport, exceedingly walkable to pretty much anything you'd want or need, and parking on-street was consistently easy, right in front of the house. Debra is an ideal host: careful, thoughtful, fun, kind. She made us the best lemonade on earth from the lemons on the tree out front of the house. The hummingbirds were active throughout the day, and watching them at the kitchen window was idyllic. The gardens in the back of the house were amazing. Hard to not say more: a truly great stay!

We had a wonderful time, everything was perfect and as described. The ping pong table and corn hole in the large lovely backyard provided great entertainment for us. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and close to many restaurants and shopping. Erik is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. We will definitely comeback when we are in the area again.

Gorgeous Views Close to Beach with Hot Tub

Spent spring break on college visits in Southern California and decided to have a few extra days to relax. Everything was perfect about this property. The location is great for trips to Topanga to visit the artisan shops and wonderful restaurants or to go down to the beach for a few hours. The house was well equipped and perfect for making breakfast in the morning, having coffee on the deck and reading in the hammock. At the end of the day making dinner, using fireplace and watching a movie with the wonderful views was a fantastic way to wind down . Most importantly Margaret was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed and also providing great information on on the area. She provided so many great recommendations including the Friday Topanga farmers market. We can't come back soon enough!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!
