Great place

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

Very safe and comfortable area. The home was beautiful and perfect size for two couples. The layout of the home is unique with the kitchen in the back and access through the bedrooms. Long beach street parking is tight and the driveway very narrow. Having your own parking space is wonderful however - many homes in the area do not have dedicated parking! The place is within walking distance to many restaurants and less than a mile frim the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Great spacious home, perfect for the occasion. My family traveled for a wedding and the space was perfect. I wish there were longer mirrors to check the entire outfit. Comfortable beds and pillows. Enough wine glasses for a toast. The supermarket was close by. We created very beautiful memories there. Thank you.

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

Pros- Excellent location! Very close to Universal Hollywood, Walk of Fame, The Bus Tours, local restaurants and gas stations. Cons- Although not in most bnb’s, washer and dryer not included, which would have helped particularly for the bed sheets ( two of us may have been taken a bite out of and it was not mosquitoes). Bathrooms have sheer curtains, lacking privacy for those who may mind being watched by birds or drones lol. This home has a 1930’s old but Elite vibe with a fantastic view of the city , especially at night. It is quiet and peaceful. The very narrow road in the division reminds me of the architecture of Paris. Great stay overall.

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. I can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing getaway!

Tiffany was busy with work during our stay so her Husband Andy helped us out and he was great with communication throughout the stay. Gave check in information the morning of and was quick to answer any questions we had. House was beautiful and would be happy to stay again if ever in the area again. Anyone staying at the house should have a fantastic time.

This home is beautiful. I loved that this home had more than the bare minimum of furniture. It truly felt like home. Tommy was a great host, answered all our questions and checked on us a few times. House rules clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access. We parked on the street and entered the home to access the gate key. Once parking was situated we were able to immediately relax because the amenities. From the pool, to the hot tub, guest house, and the kitchen. Omg the kitchen, and the provided cookware/dishes, request to use plastic by the pool were provided. I was able to cook dinner without buying additional items. The art work was cool, and the yard felt like you were worlds away on vacay! Sitting by the fire laughing and talking nightly was a highlight. Thank you Tommy for providing such a wonderful getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended!

Really awesome host and amazing place! the drive way & garage fits 3 cars. our party had more than that for our bachlorette and were able to find street parking. Be careful with the street parking though: there were some trees that got sticky sap all over the cars and pollen/leaves clung to it.

Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!

The home was beautiful and we really liked the vintage layout of the home. House was roomier than most older homes of this era. The flow from room to room was spacious and we were very comfortable. The landscaping and garden was my favorite part of the home. Just so pretty and there is an orange resident dragon fly who keep us entertained flying around in the backyard. Definitely a great stay. Home stays super cold and we were able to easily message owner to turn off a/c for a portion of our stay. Home stays nice and cool on its own.

This home away from home was the perfect vacation retreat for ourselves and 7 grown kids. Property was exactly as described, pool was wonderful with breathtaking views of LA. Beautifully decorated with every amenity we needed. Silvia was very responsive to any messages and facilitated early check in. We would go back in the future. Exactly what we wanted in a perfect location! The only complaint is that the beds were too comfortable and I don’t know how I can ever sleep in my own bed again! Highly recommend x
