Daniel’s apart is definitely value for the money.newly refurbished apartment.All appliances new,stove refrigerator washer dryer.Very comfortable beds,very modern bathroom and kitchen.quiet family neighborhood.Very clean.our family would definitely go back again.would highly recommend this property.

Cindy was the best host, the property exceeded expectations! Very neutral to many restaurants and shopping plaza’s. Would recommend this location as it is a great place to stay that is surrounded by everything you may want to experience on a trip to Southern California.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This is our second stay at Brian’s place, this time for a few weeks. The view and peaceful outdoors is spectacular and lush, and it was easy to feel at home in the cozy living spaces. Brian was again an awesome communicator and super kind!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! The home was perfect for our family getaway ,spacious, cozy, and kid-friendly. Our kids had a blast, and we felt right at home the entire time. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, truly even nicer than the photos. It was also super kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable as a family. Jim & Deb was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back again!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place! She was very friendly and incredibly responsive, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Check-in was easy and completely hassle-free. The space was exactly as described, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

I highly recommend staying here, whether you're on vacation or visiting for another reason, as it provides a cozy, home-like experience in a peaceful area. Luis was very attentive and provided clear instructions.

This was a great place to stay. Very accommodating for me and my entire family with all the extras that were included like paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper. We did a Walmart run and forgot those essentials but host was thoughtful and already had it taken care of. Also, really like that each room has its own AC unit. My father doesn’t like the cold so we usually have to accommodate him and “suffer” in the heat lol but it was nice that he was able to keep his own space warm. Would definitely stay here again!

OMG, if I could have rated higher I would!. This place was amazing, just as picture! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood. The owner and her mother were adorable and had exceptional hospitality. There is a beautiful and clean garden right outside the unit door. They picked and shared some of there delicious cucumbers with me. I felt right at home. I took morning and evening walks in there peaceful community, and everyone was so friendly and greeting. I will definitely be back for an extended stay and recommend to a friend/family. ❤️🤗

Stay here with my bf for our Disneyland trip. This tiny home was just what we needed, a place close to Disney it was very clean with amenities, comfy private place to rest during the day and night with it’s own private bathroom, tv projector, microwave and fridge. My bf loved that it came with complimentary snacks and waters. I loved the check in and out time it was very convenient for our trip plus the bed was very comfy. The host was very lovely and communicative which made the stay easy and pleasurable they let us know of any usual disturbances ahead of time like parking hours or trash pick up noise which they provided earplugs in advance and although we didn’t use them it was nice to know we had them in hand. Home does not have a tv per description so I brought my tablet but upon arrival we saw it had a projector which we loved, it was easy to stream our phones. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to be able to stay again for any future Disney trips.
