Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, in a perfect location—just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood with great walking spots nearby, and we loved taking the bikes along the path to downtown Ventura. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Would stay again and again—highly recommend!

When designed a lot of attention when into fitting a great deal into this small space with high function and cute cottage vibe. The location on the Bluff above the water with the beautiful views of Mount Baker is stunning to wake up to. Little touches of spring cleaning here and there will make it even better. As the listing mentions, it has a clawfoot bathtub and others have mentioned the shower curtain rod and curtains can make it a challenge to get in and out safely, this is true especially if you need a grab bar when you shower. Double beds are super soft, and cozy. We enjoyed the house as our base for hiking near Coupeville and Deception Pass.

It is a lovely little place that is extremely convenient for getting to many different places on the North West side of Oregon. Simple, and has what you need!

Incredible spot, truly a perfect North Coast getaway that is even better than the pictures make it out to be. Maria was super sweet and responsive, and the check-in/check-out process was very simple. We will be back.

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. This quaint “hula hut” is the cutest beachfront airbnb you can imagine. It’s overflowing with personality, as well as helpful items for use in the kitchen on the beach. Beautiful living room with roaring gas fireplace and comfy couch. Of course, the star of the show is the outdoor space/ BEACH. I’d pay a premium any day to have those immediate beach access. Since we have a toddler, it was especially helpful being able to just walk out onto the beach-no pulling together beach bags with snacks/diapers/toys only to have them want to go back inside! This is THE perfect relaxing weekend escape from LA. The hosts are also lovely-we forgot an important item, and not only did they let us know quickly, but they were so helpful as we figured out how to get it back in a timely manner. Thank you for that!! There is only one bathroom and it connects close to both bedrooms, so it’s most comfortable for a couple or a family with young kids. For the 3 of us, it was absolute perfection =)

Dan’s place was perfect our mini honeymoon! Perfect and quiet location. Walkable and so close to the water! We will definitely keep them in mind for future stays!

Our stay at the Yellow Door Beach house was wonderful and just what we were hoping for! The home was beautiful yet minimal which helped since we have littles crawling and running around. The extra toys, books and games for the kids were the perfect addition! This place had everything from a projector screen and cornhole in the backyard, a fire pit for smores, a small outdoor playhouse, outdoor shower for after the beach, and beach equipment/ toys you can use during your stay! We had accidentally left our pack and play at home and Tracy left out a baby pack and play for us and even a brand new high chair. They had a stroller and sound machine for the baby as well so everything was covered and easy for our stay! The outdoor gated space was by far my favorite part with kiddos but we felt very safe nestled in the quiet neighborhood even enough to let our daughter ride her bike around the cul-de-sac while keeping an eye out through all the windows. It’s also very close to the beach!!!

This place is fabulous, and so are the hosts Patricia and Justin. A perfect reprieve, the property is set back from any roads and is nestled amongst trees, plants, and birds. We rode bikes (courtesy of the place) and walked everywhere — to dinner, to the beach, and to an excellent bakery down the road. We took advantage of the hot tub, the fire place, the hammock, all of it. Thankful for hosts like Patricia and Justin who open up their properties for us to enjoy.

Clean and cozy with a great location. There’s a beach and some restaurants within walking distance, and downtown is just a few minutes away by car. The space is very inviting, and host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the Woodsy Peacock. It was the perfect size and had all that we needed. Enjoyed morning coffee in the hot tub listening to the call of the peacock. The beds are amazingly comfortable! The place itself was also comfortable and welcoming. The area is peaceful and beautiful. Jason & Ashley are very responsive. Definitely will stay here again on my next visit!

We had a lovely stay! The location was the absolute best part and the bungalow was clean and comfortable. We hope to go back someday!

Pam’s place was very cute, with a nice outdoor space looking out at the river. The location was perfect for visiting Sequoia National Park and not a far drive to Kings Canyon National Park. Breakfast was within 2 min. walking distance. We enjoyed the local pizza place just a few minutes drive as well. It had a market next door with all the essentials. Although the kitchen was fully furnished to make meals as well. I’d highly recommend staying at Pam’s Place!

Prime location in SLO and what a great bungalow! We had an exceptional stay, and will be looking to come back here on all our future trips to SLO! Super comfy beds, a hot tub, and walking distance from High St. Deli? What more do you need?

The view of Waipio Valley was breathtaking. Dan is the host, and he was very helpful and kind. The Cottage was perfect for a peaceful place to relax and rest. We loved the location because it was away from crowds and secluded. We walked the area every day. Honoka’a is the closest town with cute shops and Waimea was close by for great restaurants and busy farmers markets on Saturday. We are not beach people so we didn’t even visit a beach. Thanks Dan for sharing this special spot.
