Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). The Old Workshop

This unique place has a style all its own. The building is attached to our bungalow with 2 separate entrances. The windows over look the front and back garden, which is an allotment with a few chickens. The property doesn’t have a full kitchen, but does have a toaster, kettle, microwave and small fridge. The bed is a comfortable sofa bed and there’s a large 60 inch TV. The whole place is approximately 7x5 Metres. We are a short walk away from Caister beach and a mile from Caister village.
