our second stay this year , we absolutely love the place , beautiful views and a stunningly well equipped cottage , spotlessly clean , you feel at home as soon as you arrive , the welcoming fresh flowers and bottle of fizz were a great touch thank you :) Steve is a great host and is easily contactable if needed and responds quickly. we look forward to staying again , if you are reading these reviews and thinking of staying here , book it now I promise you won't regret it !!

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

Fantastic house and facilities. An amazing holiday stay to meet up with family . Luxurious bedrooms , beds so comfortable, in fact it was all so lovely. It was a short walk down the road to the pebbled beach. The nature reserve is across the road opposite the house and the views from the front windows overlooking this are so relaxing . The jacuzzi was so relaxing , family loved it . Good location for walking . Well done.

Good directions to the site and location of the caravan. Easy self check in via a key lock. The accommodation is very clean, cosy and comfortable with lovely views over Beer. The host is very friendly and happy to help with any questions or information.

As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. To be honest our hosts could not have provided more to help ensure we were comfortable. If you are looking for space, a quiet environment, a stones throw from the beach but a short walk to the the main town this is the place for you!

Amazing place! Perfect location for a family holiday. The house has absolutely everything you need and more. We really enjoyed sea kayaking and paddle boarding with all Daves's kit. The sea is so close you can carry everything down to the shore. We really loved the hot tub and sauna and bbq area. The games room was a great space for the kids to hang out and play as well as the adults. We couldn't have wanted more. We'd wholeheartedly recommend this amazing house.

I have just enjoyed a four night stay at Grey Joy. A beautifully presented and perfectly located cosy house. It has everything you need including a lovely outside space. Grey Joy is a few foot steps from Chesil beach and next door to The Cove pub. I could not have been happier with this little Air B&B

Absolutely lovely home , very responsive to messages, had an issue with the electrical gate it’s no one’s fault but they acted and responded so quickly. The only issue I had was with the pool not being open even though it’s listed in the title “ villa with pool “ and I searched air BnB using the great pool section . I was gutted because it did state in the more about section that the pool wasn’t open until may , I trusted that using the search with great pool would be enough but unfortunately It wasn’t, I did feel this was wrong listing a property with a pool and in the title but hiding the fact it wasn’t open in the click more section, this definitely needs changing.

A stunning lodge located in an upscale part of Brixham. The space was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need – from a great coffee selection to hot chocolate, Biscoff treats, and even a variety of water. The interiors were beautifully designed with a stylish boho vibe, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Thanks to Helen’s lovely place, I had the chance to discover Brixham – a charming, picturesque town with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Enjoyable stay in surprisingly roomy static caravan. The kitchen and living room were lovely and well stocked with pans and utensils etc. Everything really easy and a great location only 5 mins drive from the beach, Swimming pool and staff there were brilliant. Thanks

Lovely place and we had a great stay. Only downside was that the pool wasn’t heated, Maria let us know a few days beforehand that there was an issue with the boiler.

A wonderfully peaceful lodge and super helpful host, Abi. Deceptively spacious inside and beautiful sea views from the terrace. Terrific walks right from the front door too, wouldn’t stay anywhere else on future visits!

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

A well positioned, clean, tidy and comfortable caravan on a fabulous site right by the beach with plenty to do. Caravan was lovely with everything we needed.

If you are hesitating- please don’t! This place is fantastic! We arrived after a week of camping to this beautifully decorated and located house right by the sea- view of the ocean from the bedroom window. The beds were extremely comfortable, huge and luxurious bathroom and attention to detail from Samantha everywhere. We are a family of 5 and Sam accommodated us via a trundle bed but there was also option of travel cot for younger ones. We enjoyed the D Day centre and beach both walkable in minutes but there are also ferry or bus routes to Weymouth. Brilliant communication and a really special stay.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

We had a super stay at Pound Cottage. We felt immediately at home. It was spotlessly clean, comfy and homely and had very good facilities. Beds comfy. The small garden was very pretty. There's a lot to do in the area. Lots of walks, as it's so close to the South Coast path. You can walk to Seatown beach, climb up Golden Cap, visit Symondsbury Estate, Bridport, West Bay. We had a wonderful few days here..thank you!!

Big house and garden in great location. Very clean and everything in working order, shower very powerful. Perfect location to walk to beach. Kate was very responsive and accommodating.

As a family we fully enjoyed our few days in a wonderful home. It was comfortable and well equipped. It’s location close to the town centre was much appreciated and the sea views from the bedroom’s were superb. Linda proved to be a very attentive host and communication was proactive and timely

This has been by far the best ABnB we have ever stayed in! We wish we booked there for our whole 10 days! The Penthouse has the most tranquil feeling with views so spectacular, you will never forget them! Sarah is an excellent host who communicated very well and were so kind in providing a cot and high chair and a few age appropriate books and toys for our grandchild! We had a truly unforgettable couple of days in this special place! We will definitely spread the word and hope to be back!

The garden was AMAZING. We trekked the back yard to the sea which was amazing for us but will not be for everyone, as it is a tricky walk through...but lovely. Like and endless fairy garden/forest. The local town was nice. lots of room in the home which would be great for larger parties as well. Everything was clean, beds/bedding were comfortable, had everything we needed, and we enjoyed ourselves. My favorite was the deck and the main floor bedroom window seat!!!!! With those side windows open, that window seat with a good cup of coffee or that deck with the same....priceless!!! But that garden....endless and beautiful.

The house was in the perfect location - you couldn’t ask for better! Loved the decor, the thoughtful extra touches, amazingly comfortable beds (and quality sheets!) and Jonelle was so helpful and quick to respond to our messages -thoroughly recommend!
