We had a lovely weekend at the apartment! For a weekend trip where it's more about shared, sociable time than big things to do!

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. Thanks again Till!

Very nice house, was a wonderful fit for our HH weekend.

We had a very nice and quiet stay with six adults and a dog at the property. The wooden house is really very nice, new and well equipped. We particularly liked the open kitchen and the living room, as well as the small private garden. The surrounding area is a residential area with no great opportunities for activities. This was more than suitable for us, as we wanted to spend time together. Smaller walks are possible, the public transport connection to Hanover is ok. The shopping directly across the street probably still closed until the end of 2025, so it makes sense to use a car for shopping in the next town. The house is quite audible due to its construction, which is no problem if all guests have a similar sleeping rhythm;) Overall, we had a great stay and everything met our expectations!

We stayed as a group for a girls weekend. The house is super nice and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We had everything we needed on site and more. Communication went smoothly and the fireplace was already prepared before our arrival, so we could start directly into a cozy evening. We were also very surprised by the good amenities in the kitchen, which we have never had in any vacation home. Our highlight was definitely the sauna and the ducks in the garden :) If we are planning a comparable weekend again, we will be happy to come back.

At Villa Fips, we felt right at home. The whole ground floor is nicely decorated and very spacious. Upstairs there are more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms also for large groups. Everything was very clean and also the kitchen was super equipped. We lacked nothing. The contact with Christine was very nice, helpful and even with some tips for things to do in the area.

Communication with the host was straightforward and quick, which made our planning easier. The Airbnb is an enchanted old house that has retained its charm. It was cozy and clean, the kitchen well equipped. The house is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. We will be happy to come back!

I spent five weeks here and felt right at home. The apartment is well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. Great amenities, pleasant size and it actually looks exactly like the pictures. On the street you can always and easily find a parking space, and the public transport connection is great because you can get to the city of Lebenstedt in less than 10 minutes from the bus stop next door. In the apartment itself, it is very quiet.

The apartment exactly met our expectations. We liked very much that the apartment is very well connected to the public transport network. We arrived by car and were able to park right in front of the apartment. A big thank you to Frauke Hinz.

Great stay. Easy checkin and Checkout. Simone was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Really enjoyed the Blackout Shutters and quiet surroundings for a peaceful night sleep. We look forward to staying here again.

it was absolutely positive cultural experience to visit a german upper class (or, well, upper end of middle class) house. Built to last hundreds of years, everything is rock-solid, well designed. no compromise for wellbeing and quality. The whole upper floor of the Bernd's private house has a lot of space . One only bedroom is as big as two rooms flat in soviet blockhouse. Then the living room is even bigger. Absolute peace and quiet . The only thing to consider: stearway to the apartment in the first floor is pretty steep. Bernd's and his wife's house is very warm, despite a chilly cold wind sometimes. I adored very warm, some 30 C, bathroom's floor. Will visit again by occasion!!!

Nice, clean apartment. A pity that we only wanted to stay one night would have felt comfortable there for a longer period of time.

We felt right at home in this sparkling clean spacious apartment! The new decor is thought out in detail and tastefully put together. We didn't miss anything, neither with the modern kitchen equipment nor in the living area. In the sleeping spaces there are generously planned closet spaces and storage spaces with practical hanging options. It was particularly pleasant that there is a guest toilet in the entrance area! Rarely have we experienced such perfect amenities on our travels! The communication was immediate and reliable both in advance and during our stay, i.e. excellent! We had a lovely time at Ramona and Steffen's apartment. Communication went smoothly and the two were easily accessible for questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and was clean. It had everything you needed. The apartment is centrally located and you can walk to everything. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our short break with dog in this beautiful large apartment. Just a few minutes' walk to the south beach and everything else within walking distance☺️ The apartment is very cozy, everything was perfect! We will be happy to come back!

There were six of us staying with Claudia for the ANTHROPOLIS Marathon. Claudia welcomed us warmly, check in very flexible and absolutely uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable in Villa Kunterbunt and found enough space. For us, the location of the property was perfect, a five-minute walk to the subway, shopping in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back.

We were there for an extended weekend. The apartment was just beautiful and sparkling clean. The location is great, all shops are within walking distance, as are the train station. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The communication with Maria was straightforward and great. I'd love to come back ;-)))))
