Cottage vacation rentals in Weser

We had a wonderful family vacation in Quanens. The old East Frisian farmhouse has an idyllic garden. The decor and decoration is traditional with many family memories, which gives it a very individual charm. We immediately felt at home. We are already dreaming of the next vacation at the house:) The only downside was that I had to make the beds for 6 people upon arrival.

We chose the place as a Christmas meeting place for the family. It was really a feel-good place with plenty of space and yet a cozy ambience. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking together. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the children (and adults) can use the whole floor as a play area. A fireplace is available for use. During a cozy breakfast, deer often keep you company in the garden. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a walk-in shower and hot tub. The whole house is flooded with light. The beds were all cozy. We slept well. At night, there was no sound to be heard, no background noise from any street. Not far away are the Externsteine and the Hermannsdenkmal, among other things. It was perfectly sufficient for our short stay. But there is certainly more for those who want to stay longer. The hosts are easy to reach for questions. We'd love to come back.

All in all, excellent :) 1A quiet location to really switch off and write music. With sauna & hot tub, underfloor heating and fireplace, you always felt very cozy :) The house is very modernly furnished & equipped and the property is also beautiful! I'd love to come back :-)

We had a wonderful time with Gabi and Klaus! The kitchen was fully equipped – there was nothing missing. Gabi and Klaus were always available, super friendly and simply pleasant to deal with. You could have a great conversation with them, which made the whole atmosphere even more warm. Overall, the stay was very relaxing, we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

We had a nice weekend here. The hosts were very helpful and nothing was missing in the apartment. It was very nice and cozy.

We had a fantastically beautiful break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Communication, arrival and check-in were optimal. The vacation home is well equipped and very comfortable. For the view of Lake Steinhude, there are another five stars. We would like to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Anne's place. Our car died on arrival, so we didn't arrive until 1 AM. Anne explained the way to the cottage with pictures and even put cold drinks out for us. The cottage is really great, very cozy, very clean and the beds are super comfortable (and smell really good!) Kitchen and bath utensils were plentiful. The whole house has large windows, you can watch the birds from the bed. The garden is a highlight, everywhere there are seats in small niches, in front of the front door there is even a herb pot with fresh herbs. Our daughter loved playing in the garden and climbing the trees. For my birthday, I got flowers and sparkling wine, which I really loved. Anne is very hospitable and funny, always available, just a very warm person. We got lots of excursion tips. We'd love to come back.

My dog Paula and I felt right at home. The apartment is very cozy and the garden is great. Be sure to come back when we come back.

Very cozy cottage, ideal for a holiday with dog. The Steinhuder Meer is within easy reach. The porch invites you to barbecue. Unfortunately, the garden is not completely fenced, so you can't let the dog run free. Thomas is a very kind host who has given many useful tips.

Unreserved recommendation from us - since it is two double beds, it was ideal for us (parents and an elderly offspring). The house is very spacious and very stylish, the garden - almost a park - a feast for the eyes! You can use everything and feel immediately comfortable thanks to the generous and very helpful host. The location is for us in the most beautiful corner of the Jade bus, in a few minutes you can be by the sea and many beautiful places as well as infrastructure are easily accessible (you of course need a car). If you are looking for peace and proximity to nature, but still want to make excursions, this is the place to be! Overall highly recommended and we would gladly come back. Thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful location at the edge of the Möhnesee and on the other side the Ansberger forest. Every evening visit of the deer. Very comfortable, cozy and stylish house with a particularly friendly and attentive host. We had a fantastic week with our family in the autumn holidays. All perfect! Absolutely recommended.

The house or we are probably "upstairs" says thatched roof skate is really beautiful. Great decor and you can also immediately tell that Jessica is an artist. Nottensdorf is centrally located in the "Altes Land". You can look at some towns (Stade, Buxtehude...) or you are in Hamburg in about 45 - 60 minutes. So perfect for a relaxing getaway with a day of big city. Definitely recommend.

Nice cottage clean and welcoming

we traveled with two small children. For us, the place was optimal. If there had been a small high chair, nothing could have been improved. It was super clean, very friendly and everything was available.
