In the garden there is a natural pool that invites you to refresh yourself.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a Bremen terraced house in Altfindorff. Bathroom with shower, mini-kitchen & covered balcony. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. There is everything you need for everyday needs in the apartment such as hairdryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum cleaner, TV, radio/CD player, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishes and cutlery as well as a balcony and much more. No parties!

Bright, central (main station) 1-room apartment in side street

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is about a 10 minutes walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) can also be easily reached. You can walk to the nearest tram stops in about 5 minutes. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with WiFi access ! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.
