Our property is located in the center in a quiet, preferred residential area (East City). The main station and the city are approx. 1 km away and within 10 minutes' walk. The "Dreifaltigkeitskirche" bus stop (bus lines 1OO; 2OO; 121) is a 1-minute walk. Restaurants/cafes around the corner. You use your own separate shower room. The room faces the cozy and green courtyard. When the weather is nice, our south balcony invites you to linger. Our place is great for solo and business travelers.

Welcome to my farmhouse. Relax in the bright apartment, which used to be a hayloft. A private entrance with a small seating area leads you to the living area. One bathroom belongs to both room, in case that both rooms are occupied (that doesn't really happen very often, because we only offer one room at airbnb) the bathroom will (may be) be used by both room guests.
