We felt comfortable from the beginning at Almut and Rüdiger's place! The house was much better equipped than expected (kitchen utensils, toys, etc.) and nothing was really missing. The two are wonderful hosts and were extremely flexible and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. For our family reunion with 7 adults and 2 children, the house was perfect and the value for money was more than good. We will be happy to come back!

A heavenly accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired and where you can relax indoors and outdoors. - The fabulous high-quality amenities leave nothing to be desired. We had a very nice extended weekend in the forest cottage. Communication with Lena in advance and also during our stay was super uncomplicated and friendly. The house is very cozily furnished, we felt completely comfortable!

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). A very well-equipped house with plenty of room for 8 people and two dogs. We enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment very much. The play facilities were also used extensively. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We were 2 couples with 3 toddlers. The property is well suited for this. There is another large room in addition to the one booked, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the possibility of grilling. Otherwise everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

Large spacious bright apartment with view of the countryside. We immediately felt very comfortable. Everything we needed. Shopping within walking distance. Gesa was very friendly and responsive. We would love to come back any time!

We had a nice place to stay :) it was a bit outside, we had confused it with the other Elbingerode, 🤪 but the house was super modern. We did a nice bike tour through nature. By car, we are then in the nearest villages. Overall, we were super satisfied with the house and the host.

A very nice and quiet apartment to relax. Very pleasantly furnished. Those looking for relaxation in the Harz should come here. The communication with Stefanie was very easy and good. She always responded directly and helped.

Very nice, quiet apartment. You can walk easily into the old town and also get to the various hiking starting points. The check-in was super uncomplicated, and we were also picked up by the dear mom with an umbrella at the car. Thank you very much for that :) All in all, the stay at Rocco's was very nice and we definitely recommend the apartment.

Accommodation was really optimal in terms of value for money and location. The garden was also cool.

The accommodation was very tasteful and decorated with care and love. Silke is an extremely warm, friendly and hospitable lady who is happy to talk to you and finds it important that you feel at home.

See beautiful and modernly furnished loft in a private company building, although it has a heating plant or something nearby, but we hardly heard of it and the Fulda, paths, fields and meadows can be reached on foot and by dog.

Very nice cottage, pure idyll. If you are looking for pure nature and peace, you are in good hands there. Directly around you can make beautiful tours in the Thuringian forest. We would have preferred to move in. Small and fine! Thank you!

Anyone expecting luxury here is in the wrong place. If you want to escape everything, this is the place to be. All necessary things like TV and coffee maker are included. Super beautiful log cabin rented by a super family.

Very authentic cottage with amazing surroundings and beautiful views. We are not so good at German, but we managed to make ourselves understood without any problems with Kerstin and Andreas, who are very sweet and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the place and would like to come again if we ever return to Harzen.

We stayed for a week in Michaels house in Schnepfenthal. The house is all you need for a stay with 2 kids. Spacious, full furnished kitchen, big sunny garden, a bath and a big TV with Netflix :) Loads of interesting spots for us geographers in the Geopark where Schnepfenthal is located. Nearby Gotha and Erfurt. Located in a quiet village on walking distance to a great restaurant Zur Tanne and Waltershausen town where supermarkets etc are located. A place to come back to!

Everything was great! Thorsten welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always approachable for us, so that all our questions could be clarified quickly and easily.

Perfect place to start walking in the woods with our dog. The house get warm very quickly with the fire and we didn't missed anything... we would come back for sure ;)

Great place with lots of charm. The oven was already running when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were super easy. The cabin is equipped with all you need. Thank you for a nice time between the years! In addition, we had fantastic weather!
