This is a fantastic central Wellington Apartment. You are right in the heart of the city, so can be a bit of street noise, but the payoff is there is a cafe at the front door, with a bakery. Two craft beer bars within 20 meters. Restaurants all easy walking distance. Maria has hosted us a few times now, and we will be back again.

A real gem on the Petone waterfront/esplanade! The place is as lovely as its hosts! Huge top floor all to yourself with 5 distinct areas: bedroom, bathroom, lounge, viewing section, TV nook. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved the ocean being opposite the house and the personal touches like hoisting the country of origin flag for the guests staying on their flag pole outside! Lesley and Lawry gave me the privacy I needed but were happy to socialise when I wanted some company too! Loved the little touches like breakfast provided in the self contained kitchen. Highly recommended, will book again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay. Barb was very welcoming and friendly and provided some thoughtful extras like the Easter eggs! The bnb was an extremely comfortable and spacious place, tastefully presented with all necessary amenities. It was conveniently situated close the the Khandallah shopping centre and the people we were visiting. The beautiful bush surroundings and birdlife were an added bonus. We would highly recommend.

Perfect little bolthole in Wadestown. Ideal for the solo traveller. Geline was very accommodating when an unforeseen situation arose which we very much appreciated.

It is not often you find somewhere magical to de-stress after what has been an eventful start to the year. ‘The Boatshed’ is a Loft Apartment located in the scenic coastal strip of Eastbourne looking out over Lowry Bay into the majestic Wellington Harbour. The apartment itself has everything you need. Tastefully furnished and subtle elegance made it quite difficult to ever want to leave. Let alone a hop skip and jump to the water’s edge. Perfect for a couple or single traveler. Polin and Tim are perfect hosts offering true Kiwi hospitality and humour. Very knowledgeable; caring, thoughtful; understanding; generous and mindful of personal space and privacy. I think my wife and I have made new friends for life Thanks for the laughs. This place was such a gem, central to everything in Wellington.

A very cool, character-filled space in a central location. Tastefully decorated, nicely redone bathroom, and the elevator up into the apartment was neat. It was a bit chilly with just a space heater but plenty of blankets.

Great stay in this centrally located apartment. Car parking was a bonus as we’d driven from Christchurch. Would recommend.

Amazing sport with a super handy car park right by the flat. The team at Ohana was so lovely and kind. Place was warm cozy and just like the photos :) highly recommend
