Very nice traditional kiwi bach perfectly located for our needs

we have been traveling all over the northern island now and found this place was the best of all our stays! we had an open and kind conversation with James and did not want to leave at all. the interiour is filled with art and the house itself is gorgeous. we would love to come back and catch up one day. if there were 6 stars - they were earned here!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was just as good as the first time. Great beach front location and an easy walk to the shop and restaurants. Highly recommend.

absolutely amazing stay in Fionas Bach. beautiful home, with everything you could need for a break away. well stocked kitchen, coffee machine, dog bowls and loads of entertainment. played the quiz game on the ps3 on a rainy day. beach Is stunning, lovely to have direct access from the garden. private and suitable for kids and dogs. beach cafe was 7 min walk away and great for last min supplies. thank you so much for a wonderful break with family.

The host is an excellent communicator, easy to understand instructions. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and warm. Totally recommend if you need a little get away for the weekend.

We had such a relaxing and wonderful stay at Maureen’s Bach. Her home had everything we needed for our short stay, and the place was very clean. Thoughtful details like milk in the fridge, homemade shortbread and delicious coffee were much appreciated on our arrival after a long drive. Maureen also provided a detailed list of food options available in Riversdale, but we ended up using her bbq and well equipped kitchen for a lovely homemade dinner during our stay. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Charmingly ramshackle - not luxury accommodation. Fridge a short walk up road. No WiFi. Beach not really swimmable but Castlepoint great (only 10min drive). A special place though - wish we had longer

The cottage was exactly as shown. Lovely decor and exceptionally clean. A very peaceful locality. A sunny deck for an afternoon wine,a very spacious lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. It is only a 5 minute drive to Greytown . The hosts are very friendly but unobtrusive. We recommend this accommodation

Had stayed there before. Lovely pretty place with everything you need. We went to the balloon festival which was amazing. The morning we left the balloons came right over the property, very exciting. So close to Greytown with the fabulous book shop. Would book again.

A lovely place, close to the square. House was exceptionally clean, light and spacious - with a feeling of luxury and comfort. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the sun out on the deck. Peter was a great host and kindly included a very useful list of where to go for food and activities. Will be back again next year.

Great little Bach - worked well for our family and having the deck was amazingly big to give extra living space! Lovely stop and great to have the option of the pool and tennis courts

Awesome little spot. House gets really warm during the day and the open fire at night was a nice touch.

Great location, walkable to wineries and town centre. No milk provided, however shops close by. Was everything we needed.

This was a great place to stay - had everything you needed and so close to the beach.
