Monthly Rentals in Welbourn

Our stay at the Barn exceeded our expectations. The Barn is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. All creature comforts have been thought of. The linens and pillows were sumptuous. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were so grateful for the impeccably clean kitchen - everything looked new. So considerate to leave a dog bowl and other items. We thoroughly enjoyed nights in by the fire after long country walks. Cozy is an understatement. Just across the road is the most beautiful 25 min walk to a country pub where we had a lovely dinner (The Kings Head) . Our hosts were gracious and responsive. We are grateful as well for the late checkout. It was a super stay start to finish and I highly recommend.

Wat a fabulous home from home. Beautiful, peaceful & comfortable, just wat we needed to chill out & recharge our batteries. Everything you need, no need to go anywhere if you don’t want to. Lovely little touches, very thoughtful. Very clean & tidy. Really comfy bed. Good outdoor furniture & blissful sound of nature. Steve is really helpful & responds quickly to any queries We will definitely be back & highly recommend.

Perfect spot for the family while visiting grandparents. The space is better than expected, lovely for my son to play around in the garden and barn. We particularly loved the big projector screen to stay in and watch Disney films together. The hosts were great and gave us space but were there if we needed anything. I thought this place was great value for what we got and will be using them again. They had everything we needed for an 18 month old, more than expected and always willing to help out. Highly recommend if you want an easy place for a small family to spend a weekend in a beautiful village.

The property was very clean and comfortable with a well kitted out kitchen. Heaters on the wall if required which heated up the rooms quickly. Good communication from the host. Very quiet village with a lovely pub across the road and just a five minute drive to the nearest shop in Bassingham.
