The apartment has a separate entrance and is part of our converted barn. We live next door with our 2 children and dog Sepp. Kurzenaltheim is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. From here, you can enjoy numerous excursions to the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley. 1-2 children can stay overnight on a mattress. Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

The 68-square-meter apartment is located directly on the B2 and is on the second floor of our house. The apartment is located directly on a boat dock and a cycling and hiking trail (Altmühlpanoramaweg). Direct access to the water, which can also be used for fishing, canoeing and SUP. Our vacationers are also particularly popular with collecting fossils in the hobby stone quarries. Relaxation can be found in the newly renovated Altmühltherme in Treuchtlingen with sauna areas and pool bar.

Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.
